• How do I change the size of the menus in Visual Studio 2008?

  Hi all. This is the weirdest thing: For some reason, when I'm running VS 2008 in XP, and I use the 'Advanced Appearance settings' control panel to change the Size of menu items in all applications, Visual Studio 2008 is unaffected by the change. (That's Control Panel - Display - Appearance tab - Advanced - select 'Menu' from the item drop-down, and change the Font size) Anyone else noticed this? Is anyone aware of a fix? Thanks in advance!

  I'm trying to customize the Standard Toolbar in VS2010 to add Open Project (on the File menu), but it's not available.. Steps: Tools Customize... On the Commands Tab, select Toolbar, then Standard from the list Click Add Command... button Select File in the list and no Open Project ??? Can't seem to find it anywhere else either. • IE6 is duplicating characters, can't figure out why. Suggestions?

  Problem is located on http://www.preownedweddingdresses.com/ We have a dresses slider at the bottom, select tabs different dresses shown. Works fine everywhere else, but for some reason, in IE6, the letters "ls" (from the tab "Best Deals") are duplicating inside the content and causing rendering issues. I've yet to find anything that can fix this, or anything that can be blamed for causing this either. I've changed the letters at the end of Best Deals, and the duplicated letters change as well. Open to any suggestions.

• Python: Set window focus on terminal

  Hey, I have a python application that opens some plots for me and then asks the user for input. The problem is, that after opening the plot, the focus isn't on the terminal anymore, so you have to click or tab to it manually. I would like to set the focus to the terminal window with python - is that possible? I'm using gnuplot.py, maybe there is an option to open the plot in the background? Thanks!
