  I built a little installer, which installs to program files. I run the installer and all is good, run the installed .exe and it just disappears. I guess at giving the EXE admin launch rights in Vista and it runs. But why is this needed? This can't be normal can it?

  In my application I am using a webview, and in order to increase/decrease text size, I am using WebSettings().setTextSize method, but, this method is limited to 5 predefined enum sizes only (SMALLEST, SMALLER, NORMAL, LARGER,LARGEST). I know I can use WebSettings().setTextZoom(int), but my application is available for API Level 8 and above, and this method was introduced in API Level 14... My question is: Is there any way to add other sizes to webSettings().setTextSize? maybe by extending textSize enum, or define other sizes?

• MySQL charset issue.

  I'm not sure exactly why this happened, but I'm assuming it was an dump and import. The db is full of characters like — for commas and such. I've tried various solutions on the web, but nothing seems to work. I've verified that the html header specifies utf8. Any ideas on how I can get the entire db back to normal characters?

  Hi, I am doing a normal curl call to a webservice and I grab the return HTTP code through $code = curl_getinfo ($ch, CURLINFO_HTTP_CODE); It does return me $code as 200 - which is good. But logging the curl calls now from a week, there where few calls to the same webservice which didn't return anything! so basically I am getting $code as blank. If( not(false and (true)) = if not( false) =if( true) which implies it should enters the loop But it is not happening Can someone let me know if i am wrong at any place

If the user wants to edit it as Downloads all he has to do is add a 's' and press enter.
