    I have wrote an app that reads the basic EXIF data from an image via the PropertyItems exposed in .Net's System.Drawing.Image class. However, I cannot retrieve Canon specific EXIF data via these properties. How does one read this information? I know it exist in the file as Photoshop reads it.

  • Cross-domain iframe communication in Opera

    Hi, I have need to communicate between two iframes of the same domain, which live inside a parent page on a different domain that I have no control over. This is a Facebook app and the basic layout is this apps.facebook.com/myapp L iframe1 (src='mysite.com/foo') L iframe2 (src='mysite.com/bar') I need frame1 to talk to frame2, but in Opera I can't access window.parent.frames['frame2'] to do the usual cross-domain methods (updating location.hash for example) Is there an alternate way to accomplish this in Opera?     This is a wordpress installation, but I think the question is more of a general sql question. First off, my sql skills are not great (I don't even know if I'm following the correct format for illustrating the db). I've got two tables: wp_posts : ID (pk) | post_name | ... ---------------------------- 45 | "Hello" 91 | "Funny" 16 | "Wheat" wp_postmeta : post_id (fk) | meta_key | meta_value | ... ------------------------------------------------ 45 | "_edit_lock" | 5789789834 45 | "fizzbizz" | "foobar" 91 | "_something" | "teve" 16 | "_edit_lock" | 8798756 I would to select all rows in wp_posts where there is NO corresponding row in wp_postmeta where meta_key = "fizzbizz" I originally had this query, but someone pointed out that it would not retrive ID = '16' in the above case. How would I correctly write the query? $pageposts = $wpdb->get_results(" SELECT * FROM wp_posts p JOIN wp_postmeta m ON p.ID = m.post_id WHERE m.meta_key <> 'fizzbizz' ORDER BY p.post_date DESC; ");

  • How to detect time on a playing Flash video

    Hi I have a video playing on my page. I want to show and hide some div's when the video reaches a certain point. Lets say hide something on 10th second and show it again on 20th second. I can easily do it in HTML5 with video tag and currentTime attribute but for IE I have to create the same functionality and I think with flash based videos (from YouTube or something like that). Is there a way to detect the current time of a video playing on my website, embeded from YouTube, Metacafe or any other video sharing site? I know I could detect it in flash and make it run some JavaScript function but I don't have flash nor have the skills to do it in AS3. Is it possible to do it from JavaScript level or does any video sharing website out there provides this kind of functionality for their videos?

    Hi folks, I'm having quite a problem deciding how to serve a few Python scripts. The problem is that the basic functionality could be generalized by this: do_something() time.sleep(3) do_something() I tried various WSGI servers, but they have all been giving me concurrency limitations, as in I have to specify how many threads to use and so on. I only wish that the resources on the server be used efficiently and liberally. Any ideas?

    Hi, I have these 3 file in my program: sample1.h (method in sample1.cpp are defined here) sample1.cpp (all the actual implementations) demo.cpp (I am using the methods in sampe1.cpp here, and have included sample1.h) Now, I am using GDB to debug and I know the basic commands like "break lineno." or "break methodname". But, how do I debug the methods written in sample1.cpp? I tried: break "sample1.cpp:mymethod" but it did not work. Thanks
