  • Why do I have memory problems?

    I got this error from XCode: objc[8422]: FREED(id): message release sent to freed object=0x3b120c0 I googled and find that is related to the memory. But I don't know which line of code I go wrong, any ideas?   • How to do simultaneous builds in two Git branches?

    I've looked at git-new-workdir, but I don't want the history to be shared because the branches have a release-main relationship. That is, changes in the release branch I want to propagate to the main line, but changes in the main line I don't want in the release line. A common pattern for me is to fix a bug in the release line, integrate it to the main line, then start builds in both branches at the same time. Is there a way to do this with git-new-workdir, do I need to clone, or is there a better solution? Thanks

My problem is how to pass the two fields in as elements. As i understand u set up a custom function something like this : function customValidationMethod(value, element, params){ } But can't see how i could use it with two fields, if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

For example, I store a new date for 2009 for ashura and afghanistan .. I tried to limit the redundancy and split the tables as countries (id,name) holidays (id, holiday, celebrated_by, link) // celebrated_by will store the id's of countries separated by ',' holiday_dates (holiday_id, date, year) // date will the full date and year will be as 2008 or 2009 Now i have some problems with the structure too.. consider that i store the holiday like Independence day , its common for more countries but will have different dates. so how to handle this and and the link will have to be different too.. And i need to list the countries which celebrates the same holiday and also when i describe about a single holiday i need to list all the other holidays that country would be celebrating.. And the most of all , i already have huge amount of data in the old tables and i need to split it to the new one once the new design is finalized... Any ideas?

    end_date=$(date +"%m/%d/%Y") /usr/bin/perl -pi -e "s/_end_date_/${end_date}/g" filename I want to replace string '_end_date_' with current date. Since current date has slashes in it(yes I want the slashes), I need to escape them. How can I do this? I've tried several ways like replacing slashes with "\/" using sed and perl itself but it didn't work. Finally I used 'cut' to break date in 3 parts and escaped slashes but this solution doesn't look good. Any better solution?

    I have created a application in c# , it reads excel file and after checking some conditions, it select a row to be written in another Excel File. Everything is working fine, but i need to end the file with the DateTime.Now.ToString(). string date = DateTime.Now.ToString(); ExcelWorkSheet2.Cells[newFileRow, 1] = date; When I see the file created, it shows "########" symbol instead of actual date. When I select that cell , it changes to correct date format. What may be going wrong?

The dialog box follows the mouse On click the dialog box "stops" and displays a link What I want to achieve When a table cell is hovered over the title of the dialog box shows the date e.g "Mon 8th Oct 2012" When a table cell is hovered over the html of the dialog box shows the events for that day in list format (there is code that succesfully retrieves the first row in function getSelectedDates() ) function getSelectedDates() needs to be called in the hover event - showing multiple events for that date in the dialog box I hope that if we can display the date being hovered over in the title of the dialog then we can use the same information to retrieve the rows from the database to populate the html of the dialog for that day

The most obvious solution would be: SELECT COUNT(*) as ExecutesNum, DATE(Date) as D, HOUR(Date) as H GROUP BY D, H And it works, BUT it does not create rows for hours where there were no executes. Does anyone know how to fix it?     I'm trying to construct a DateTime object with multiple accepted formats. According to the DateTime::createFromFormat docs, the first parameter (format) must be a string. I was wondering if there was a way to createFromFormats. In my case, I want the year for my format to be optional: DateTime::createFromFormat('Y-m-d', $date); DateTime::createFromFormat('m-d', $date); so that a user can input just 'm-d' and the year would be assumed 2013. If I wanted multiple accepted formats, would I have to call createFromFormat each time? Shortest thing for my scenario is: DateTime::createFromFormat('m-d', $date) ?: DateTime::createFromFormat('Y-m-d', $date);
