  • Moving wordpress from directory to root

    Hi I have my wordpress in a folder, i updated the url options in the wordpress genereal settings to the root folder, i then copied all the files from the directory to the root. I have not deleted the old directory yet! When i go to log in, i can not do so, in the url it still says redirect to the old directoy. What should i do, do i have to delete the ole directory?

  • apc_delete() not working in background script

    I have a shell background convertor on my video website and I can't seem to get APC to delete a key as a file is uploaded and its visibility is updated. The script is structured like so: if(file_exists($output_file)) { $conn->query("UPDATE `foo` SET `bar` = 1 WHERE `id` = ".$id." LIMIT 1"); apc_delete('feed:'.$id); } Everything works fine except for the APC and this is the only script on the site that has had this problem. I'm stumped.

    I get an "unrecognized HTTP method" when trying to do a REPORT request using httplib and gae. Is there a workaround available? An httplib patch for gae? Do you I have to find another host in order to do this natively?   • How do I move a file (or folder) from one folder to another in TortoiseSVN?

    I would like to move a file or folder from one place to another within the same repository without having to use Repo Browser to do it, and without creating two independent add/delete operations. Using Repo Browser works fine except that your code will be hanging in a broken state until you get any supporting changes checked in afterwards (like the .csproj file for example). Update: People have suggested "move" from the command line. Is there a TortoiseSVN equivalent?

Which class is responsible for creating a new objItem? Which class is responsible for deleting a objItem? Should it delete itself as a method?

    hi all, i've been reinstalling my oracle and somehow when im trying to start them, it says that apphelp.dll is missing. when i lookup in c:/window/systems32 the apphelp.dll was there. i also download new from internet and try to replace them in case it crash but it said that i cannot delete the file coz it's still running. my question is, if i was doing the right thing by replacing the apphelp.dll can solve my problem, how can i stop this apphelp.dll? thanks

    Hi everybody, In an application we are developpment, we are accessing Active Directory users and groups using the .Net DirectoryEntry and DirectorySearcher classes. Managing the test groups and users during development is getting tedious. I am wondering if there was an easy way to setup a simple local AD in which we could easily create / delete users and assign them or remove them from groups as we want with the DirectoryEntry / DirectorySearcher classes?     hi all, I am encountering the following bug. I have a class Foo . Instances of this class are stored in a std::vector vec of class B. in class Foo, I am creating an instance of class A by allocating memory using new and deleting that object in ~Foo(). the code compiles, but I get a crash at the runtime. If I disable delete my_a from desstructor of class Foo. The code runs fine (but there is going to be a memory leak).     Coding Platform: ASP.NET 4.0 I am binding a GridView with LinqDataSource with AutoDelete functionality enabled. GridView is bound to the Products Table. I have a Products Table and a Category Table with an association on CategoryID. If I try to delete a Category that is referred in the Products Table I cannot do that. Its is totally acceptable, but I want the end user to be notified with some error message. Where to catch this error message?

    Hi, Question regarding GtkBuilder. When we unref builder pointer does it destroys all the screens/widgets the builder had created? if( builder_ptr ) g_object_unref(G_OBJECT(builder_ptr)); Suppose we have created one screen using Glade/XML with some 2-3 top_level windows in it gtk_builder_add_from_file(builder_ptr, "Test.glade", &error ) and generated GtkBuilder pointer (as above) so after deleting this pointer does it deletes created Windows or do we need to manually delete these windows?     I found a guide on how to add new attributes to users, it explains that for this operation I must modify some files in the app / code / core / Mage directory (the directory that contains Magento’s modules). But if i make some changes in that folder will this affect future upgrades? Will an upgrade will delete my changes? Should I limit the changes only to my modules to not have problems with updates?

  • WSUS performance for unneeded updates

    We have a WSUS server serving around 300 PC's and a couple of dozen servers and a discussion came up at work as to what products to include. We have a single SQL 2005 instance on one of the servers and it has NEVER been updated. My first thought was to just tick the box for SQL 2005 and let WSUS do it's thing to upgrade to the latest service pack at least. One of the other guys here has the opinion that having updates that are relevant to only a small selection of hosts would effect the performance of WSUS as a whole, claiming that each update does a 'check' against all the hosts or something similar. My argument is that manually updating these servers is obviously not working as the admins are not paying attention to what is needed. So my question is: Do updates that only effect a sub-set of the hosts effect the overall performance of the WSUS server in relation to ALL the hosts? (disk space is not an issue at this point) Is there any performance justification for or against manually updating small amounts of products? Basically I'm needing a rebuttal against his argument and I'm unable to find any concrete documentation to prove him wrong.

    Im not sure if this is a math question or a su question. The experiment was relating the period of one "bounce" when you hang a weight on a spring and let it bounce. I have this data here, one being mass and one being time. The time is an average of 5 trials, each one being and average of 20 bounces, to minimize human error. t 0.3049s 0.3982s 0.4838s 0.5572s 0.6219s 0.6804s 0.7362s 0.7811s 0.8328s 0.869s The mass is the mass that was used in each trial (they aren't going up in exact differences because each weight has a slight difference, nothing is perfect in the real world) m 50.59g 100.43g 150.25g 200.19g 250.89g 301.16g 351.28g 400.79g 450.43g 499.71g My problem is that I need to find the relationship between them, I know m = (k/4PI^2)*T^2 so I can work out k like that but we need to graph it. I can assume that the relationship is a sqrt relation, not sure on that one. But it appears to be the reverse of a square. Should it be 1/x^2 then? Either way my problem is still present, I have tried 1/x, 1/x^2, sqrt, x^2, none of them produce a straight line. The problem for SU is that when I go to graph the data on Excel I set the y axis data (which is the weights) and then when I go to set the x axis (which is the time) it just replaces the y axis with what I want to be the x axis, this is only happening when I have the sqrt of "m" as the y axis and I try to set the x axis as the time. The problem of math is that, am I even using the right thing? To get a straight line it would need to be x = y^1/2 right? I thought I was doing the right thing, it is what we were told to do. I'm just not getting anything that looks right.

  • Creating content input form with custom theme (Drupal)

    I'm creating a site which I want to place content input form in custom themed template. I opted to do this because I wanted the whole site to be looked uniform. That said, I'm not sure as to what is the best approach to do this. Is it proper to invoke hook_insert/delete/update and hook_perm/hook_access by myself or is there anyway I can still use my custom theme and write a code in a way that drupal would take care of invoking appropriate hooks accordingly?     I'm trying to wrap a standard sequence of steps in a shell script (linux/bash) and can't seem to figure out how to tell of the execution of svn status returned anything. For example ~/sandbox/$svn status ? pat/foo ~/sandbox/$echo $? 0 If I delete the foo file, then the svn status return nothing, but the echo $? is still 0 I want to not do some steps if there are uncommitted changes. Pointers greatly appreciated.
