Is this possible in Sphinx?   Hi , I've defined table with this schema : CREATE TABLE [dbo].[Codings]( [Id] [int] IDENTITY(1,1) NOT NULL, [ParentId] [int] NULL, [CodeId] [int] NOT NULL, [Title] [nvarchar](50) COLLATE Arabic_CI_AI NOT NULL, CONSTRAINT [PK_Codings] PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED ( [Id] ASC )WITH (IGNORE_DUP_KEY = OFF) ON [PRIMARY] ) ON [PRIMARY] And fill it up with data like this : Id ParentId CodeId Title ----------- ----------- ----------- ---------- 1 NULL 0 Gender 2 1 1 Male 3 1 2 Female 4 NULL 0 Educational Level 5 4 1 BS 6 4 2 MS 7 4 3 PHD Now , I'm looking for a solution , in order , When i delete a record that is parent ( like Id= 1 or 4 ), It delete all child automatically ( all records that their ParentId is 1 or 4 ) . I supposed i can do it via relation between Id and Parent Id ( and set cascade for delete rule ) , But when i do that in MMS , the Delete Rule or Update Rule in Properties is disabled . My question is , What can i do to accomplish this ? Thank you

• Java: Set<E> collection, where items are identified by its class

  I need Set collection, where its items will be identified by items class. Something like ReferenceIdentityMap from Appache Collections, but on class scope i.e. two different instances of same class must be identified as same in this collection. You know, it is a violation of equals()/hashCode() identity principle but in occasional use it makes sense. I have done this in simple class backing with Map<Class<? extends E>, E>, but due to simplicity it doesn't implement Set<E>. There may be a more elegant solution, decorator of any Set<E> would be great. Is there any implementation of such collection there (Apache/Google/something/... Collections)?

• AuthenticationType Negotiate vs NTLM

  I have the same code base used on 2 different sites hosted on the same server (IIS 7.5). For some reason, when I check the Identity.AuthenticationType property on the code behind of an http handler I see NTLM for 1 site and Negotiate for the other. This is causing some problems and I need both of them to use NTLM. Could you help me to figure out why this difference? So far I see both IIS sites are configured on the same way but of course there is at least 1 difference that I couldn't detect. Thanks!

• asp:upload postedfile lost during postback

  I am using an asp:upload control to upload an image and am using the postedfile property to insert the path to the database. In my form I have a dropdown with autopostback=true where the user can select a topic to populate a checkbox list of categories. During that postback, the postedfile value is being lost and after a little research I have discovered that the posted file value is not maintained in viewstate for security reasons. Has anybody else found out how to get around this?
