  I have the following: <asp:Button id="SubmitButton" Text="Submit" runat="server" OnClientClick="Do();" OnClick="SubmitButton_Click"/> When the page is first rendered, I go to the view source in my browser and see that the onclick="Do();" is not added to my submit button tag. But when I do a post back, and do the view source again, the onclick is added to the submit. Why would the onclick not be there on the first request?

  Please take a look at the following code: Sort[{1, y, x}, Greater] Max[{1, x, y}] x = 1 y = 2 Sort[{1, y, x}, Greater] Max[{1, x, y}] It is interesting to note that the first Sort always produce a definite result while the first Max does not, even when Greater is specified.   I have two servlet: first servlet is similar to a client and creates an HttpURLConnection to call the second servlet. I would like send a special error, formatted like a JSON object, so I call sendError method in this way: response.sendError(code, "{json-object}") But in the first servlet when I read error with getResponseMessage method I just get standard HTTP message and not my json object as a string.
