• wpf get access to other classes

  I am currently working on a wpf application. There are some methods in other classes in which I want to trigger to do some work instead of trying to figure out how to rewrite them in. How is it that I can get to those classes? Would I have to for example instantiate the class? If so, once I instantiate it, how would I be able access them. Keep in mind that these classes have abstract classes on top of abstract classes.

• Access the camera of a Smartphone using libGDX

  I searched the web, browsed through the libGDX wiki, but without success. My Question: Is there a way, to access the camera of smartphones, let the user take a photo, and then store the image in a Texture-instance?   Hi, what is a good way to write unit tests with a LINQ to SQL DAL? Currently I am doing some database testing and need to create helper methods that access the database, but I don't want those methods in my main repo's. So what I have is two copies of the DAL, one in my main project and one in the Test project. Is it easier to manage these things if I create a separate project for the data layer? I'm not sure which way is a better way to approach this. If I do create a data layer project would I move all my repo's to that project as well? I'm not sure how to properly setup the layers. Thanks

• .htaccess trickery multi-language website

  I have a website right now that uses two languages (french and english) The way it works right now is that if someone goes to mysite.com/folder/file.php for example, file.php is simply a script that figures out which language to use, get's it's own path and filename(file.php) and serves up mysite.com/en/folder/file.php (if the language is english). However what shows up in the URL is still mysite.com/folder/file.php. For any folder and any file the same script is used. If I want to add a new file I have to add the file to the folder the user types into the browser as well to the en and fr folders. • How to access the calling source line from interactive shell

  I want to make a function that can determine the source code of how it was called. I'm aware of how to do this generally with the inspect module. For example, this question, works well and provides my desired output in the lines variable as shown below: def hello(x): frame,filename,line_number,function_name,lines,index=\ inspect.getouterframes(inspect.currentframe())[1] print(frame,filename,line_number,function_name,lines,index) The problem is that this solution doesn't work in an interactive command line session. For example, from a command line, the result looks like: >>> y = hello(7) (<frame object at 0x01ECA9E8>, '<stdin>', 1, '<module>', None, None) The problem is that the source file is '<stdin>', so the lines variable is None. How can I access the calling line to find the result containing the string y = hello(7) during an interactive session?

  I am having trouble getting the rewrite to work on an apache server. The end result is so i can make subdomains on the fly just by adding a directory. For example anysubdomain.domain.com will redirect to domain.com/anysubdomain and still appear as anysubdomain.domain.com.   Hello, I have created Views for Multiview dynamically . In the view control I have a Gridview control which has a checkbox control. I have a button in the main aspx page on click of which it will check(if checked or not) for all the checkbox and fetch the corresponding row from the gridview. The view is for tabbed menu. In each tab the the gridview populates the data in the runtime. Have defined the dynamic control in Page_PreInit. I'm not able to access the checkbox . How would I achieve this . Thanks

  Edit : I've got an aspx file (default.aspx) that loads a flash file (index.swf), but this swf needs a xml file (foo.xml) to load correctly. However, I would like to block any request aiming directly at the xml file. Is it possible, using a rewritting engine (isapi_rewrite for example) to detect if the xml file is being 'hotlinked' or being loaded by the 'index.swf'(inside default.aspx)? Any ideas? Thank you.

My app serves the webpage for these at http://example.com/site/foobar.com/ So, I need to redirect all requests where the hostname is not example.com to /site/[hostname]/ I'm writing this in Django and hosting with Apache. How do I set up a rewrite rule to do this? The user must not know they are on any other site but foobar.com and if the user browses to foobar.com/something - the URL must be rewritten to /site/foobar.com/something

I have accomplished that via a .htaccess and mod_rewrite redirect. RewriteRule ^index\.html$ index.shtml [PT,L] Also, I am using another redirect pointing to this URL to internally load the pages' content with JavaScript (example.html to index.html#example.html) with a condition for not redirecting index.html. Now, I'd like to make the .shtml page 403 Forbidden. This is also easy: RewriteRule ^index\.shtml - [F] But, now index.html also gets forbidden. I have tried adding L to the .html-to-.shtml rule, but this doesn't help. How could this problem be solved?

• Access is denied trying to access a sMetabasePath on a SMTP Server from a different Web Server

  I have written a C# dot net application that updates the SMTP relay restriction list in IIS 6. Running the application locally works great and I can add/remove IPs/DNS from the relay restriction list without any problem. Now I need to do the same for a SMTP server that is not running on the same webserver that I have the application running. So I have the web application on webserver A and the SMTP server on webserver/smtp server B. My app pool is running under a domain user and I have given the same user rights to the SMTP server under the security tab in the SMTP Virtual Server property window. I thought I could simply change the sMetabasePath from "IIS://localhost/smtpsvc/1" to "IIS://10.171.243.134/smtpsvc/1" and everything would just work but I get an "Access is denied" error. So I must have to do something else to get this to work. I even gave the domain user full admin rights on the SMTP server to no avail. Any ideas

• Remove in between folder structure from the url in a php website

  I have a php website having following folder structure (basic structure). project_name app controller model view css js img index.php So when I view index.php in WAMP the url is http://localhost/project_name/ But when I go inside the site (eg. login.php which resides under view folder) url is like this. http://localhost/project_name/app/view/login.php I found that using .htaccess we can change the urls. So I tried this (in .htaccess). RewriteEngine on RewriteBase / Redirect 301 /project_name/app/view/login.php /project_name/login.php RewriteRule ^/project_name/login.php$ /project_name/app/view/login.php [L] Now url is http://localhost/project_name/login.php It is correct. But it seems php does not use the original link to grab the file (ie. from /project_name/app/view/login.php) but from here /project_name/login.php So it throws 404 error. What should I change? Please help me, i am just trying to hide /app/view/ part from the url so that user won't see my folder structure. I have read about various ways of doing that for about 9hrs today but still couldn't get anything working correctly. Hope my question is clear enough. Any help is greatly appreciated!
