    I'm iteration over records and want to create the toggle-options for records but I can't replace the div-id with the records: <% for bill in @bills % <% tmp = "test"% <%= link_to '&raquo now','#', :onclick = '$("#{tmp}").toggle();' % Instead of getting: &raquo now I'm getting: &raquo now So he isn't evaluation the ruby variable in the string.     I've noticed the basic 'style' of most GNU core applications whereby arguments are: --longoption --longoption=value or --longoption value -abcdefg (multiple options) -iuwww-data (option i, u = www-data) They follow the above style. I want to avoid writing an argument parser if there's a library that does this using the above style. Is there one you know of?

  • Infinite loop when adding a row to a list in a class in python3

    I have a script which contains two classes. (I'm obviously deleting a lot of stuff that I don't believe is relevant to the error I'm dealing with.) The eventual task is to create a decision tree, as I mentioned in this question. Unfortunately, I'm getting an infinite loop, and I'm having difficulty identifying why. I've identified the line of code that's going haywire, but I would have thought the iterator and the list I'm adding to would be different objects. Is there some side effect of list's .append functionality that I'm not aware of?     Hi, sometimes after logging out and in again, my settings in Tools/Options/Projects and Solutions/VC++ Directories are lost. To investigate the problem I tried to find the file where Visual Studio (2008 Team) stores those settings on disk. (Or is it in the registry?) Can anybody point me to where it is? Thanks a lot!

    We use AutoSproc as our DAL, not my choice, but it was there when I started working at my job. I was wondering if any one had any experience using AutoSproc with large web applications? I'm just curious if it would scale well as our application is growing and we might need to pop it into a web farm at some point. If it doesn't scale well, what would you suggest then since there are several options out there. Any info is greatly appreciated.

    I've learned today, if you append to your query OPTION (MAXDOP 0) your query will run on multiple processors and if it's huge query, query will perform faster. I know general guidelines on query optimizations (using indexes, selecting only needed fields etc.), my question is about SQL Server optimization. Maybe changing some options in configurations or anything else. What guidelines are there for SQL Server Optimization? Thank you.

  • sIFR: page refresh causes background images problems in IE8

    I'm using sIFR 3 r436. When a page is reloaded, and often also on load, in IE8 the background image does'nt appear completely. When clicking on an intern link the background is displayed correctly. Google Chrome has also minor problems in displaying. This is the test document: http://testserver.simplexontwerp.nl/sifr/ I have been testing a lot of different options, also older versions of sIFR, but nothing helps. It would be great if someone could help me!

    Hello, Here is the .htaccess entry. what I intended to do is to transfer anyone typing as www.yahoo.com/Hello to www.yahoo.com/index.php?h=hello. Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine on RewriteBase / RewriteRule /index.php?u=$1 Now for some reason it shows me a 404 error when I type in yahoo.com too, I wonder what is wrong. Thanks Jean

  • Wampserver Error

    Ok http://localhost/ won't load now. Recently I installed skype and am aware of the skype port conflict error. I have removed 'use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections' from options and still no luck. I have also uninstalled skype, reinstalled it and restarted my machine several times to no avail. Also, I just tried to run my torrent client and I am getting an error for the first time. Any ideas? many thanks

    I was told I can add the -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError parameter to my JVM start up options to my JBoss start up script to get a heap dump when we get an out of memory error in our application. I was wondering where this data gets dumped? Is it just to the console, or to some log file? If it's just to the console, what if I'm not logged into the unix server through the console? Thanks

  • How can I prevent row selection in the WPF Toolkit DataGrid?

    I see a few options available for row selection, but 'No Selection' is not one of them. I've tried handling the SelectionChanged event by setting SelectedItem to null, but the row still seems selected. If there is no easy support for preventing this, would it be easy to just style the selected row the same as an unselected one? That way it could be selected, but the user has no visual indicator.

  • how do you create a simple obejctice-c command line project in xcode

    im moving from a c# VS2008 world into the mac world and I just wanted to know how I can create a quick little command line based application so that I can write many little objective-c apps without worrying about creating an iPhone app or whatever. Which projects do I create in xcode? I can see the Command Line Tool under "Mac os x" but the only options for the type is "C", "C++", "Core Data", "Core Foundation", "Core Services" and "Foundation" but no simple objective c project?
