• Reading Xml with XmlReader in C#

  I'm trying to read the following Xml document as fast as I can and let additional classes manage the reading of each sub block. <ApplicationPool><Accounts><Account><NameOfKin></NameOfKin><StatementsAvailable><Statement></Statement></StatementsAvailable></Account></Accounts></ApplicationPool> I can't seem to format the above nicely :( However, I'm trying to use the XmlReader object to read each Account and subsequently the "StatementsAvailable". Do you suggest using XmlReader.Read and check each element and handle it? I've thought of seperating my classes to handle each node properly. So theres an AccountBase class that accepts a XmlReader instance that reads the NameOfKin and several other properties about the account. Then I was wanting to interate through the Statements and let another class fill itself out about the Statement (and subsequently add it to an IList). Thus far I have the "per class" part done by doing XmlReader.ReadElementString() but I can't workout how to tell the pointer to move to the StatementsAvailable element and let me iterate through them and let another class read each of those proeprties. Sounds easy!

• Schema Inheritance in BizTalk Server

  Hi, I just wondering if anyone has already tried of doing something like schema inheritance in BizTalk schemas? I am using WCF Adapter and using 'consume adapter service' to generate a schema automatically, what I wanted is instead of always generating a schema and since most of my schema is the same then I want to have something like a base schema. I have this scenario that I'm testing flat file debatching, for debatching I need to set maxoccur property of the schema to '1' but for batch processing it should be '*', instead of creating a two different schemas I want just to create a base schema and inherit from it and then change the maxoccur property in the derived schema. Any help would be appreciated. Many Thanks

Most viszont az apex.oracle.com site-on lévo alkalmazásaimat megnézem hogyan muzsikálnak 4.0 alatt, mit lenne érdemes továbbfejleszteni. Már el is kezdtem próbálgatni a Websheet nevu újdonságot, a tapasztalataimról nemsokára beszámolok.

• Deserialize generic collections - coming up empty

  I've got a settings object for my app that has two collections in it. The collections are simple List generics that contain a collection of property bags. When I serialize it, everything is saved with no problem: XmlSerializer x = new XmlSerializer(settings.GetType()); TextWriter tw = new StreamWriter(@"c:\temp\settings.cpt"); x.Serialize(tw, settings); However when I deserialize it, everything is restored except for the two collections (verified by setting a breakpoint on the setters: XmlSerializer x = new XmlSerializer(typeof(CourseSettings)); XmlReader tr = XmlReader.Create(@"c:\temp\settings.cpt"); this.DataContext = (CourseSettings)x.Deserialize(tr); What would cause this? Everything is pretty vanilla... here's a snippet from the settings object... omitting most of it. • Work at Oracle as a Fresh Student by Ang Sun

  The past months have flown by since I started working at Oracle; but at the same time it feels like I’ve been here forever. I came to Beijing to find a job after I graduated from The University of Southampton with a MSc in Software Engineering. I got an offer the next day after I had an interview with my manager. This new style of working life hasn’t been a problem with me. The atmosphere here is fantastic and everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. I am the first member in our AIE China Team. We do appreciate those colleagues from Core I/O team who helped us a lot to familiarize ourselves with the new environment. After hire orientation training I got to know many new people from various teams including Middleware, People Soft and Solaris. Also Oracle provides weekly system online training as additional training for those people who need it. The best thing about working at Oracle is that there is a balance between work and rest. It’s good to have a really nice park and green space near the Oracle buildings. Most of us like to walk around the riverside after lunch before we get back to work. I like to grab a cup of latte before discussing issues and the schedule of our projects in a weekly conference call with my US colleagues. It has been great experience; I am working alongside talented colleagues from different countries and nationalities. Ihm Rahmen dieses Projektes bieten wir interessierten Berufsschulen eine kostenlose Mitgliedschaft im Hochschulprogramm Oracle Academy. Neu hinzugekommen bei oracle@school ist jetzt der Bereich erp@school. Es beinhaltet ein E-Learning System sowie Unterrichtsmaterial für den Unterricht zum Thema ERP-Systeme. Schülerinnen und Schüler erfahren hier in einer "virtuellen ERP-Exkursion" wie ein ERP System arbeitet und simulieren den Prozess der auftragsbezogenen Fertigung am Beispiel. Für die Simulationsumgebung wurde der Geschäftsprozess "Auftragsbezogene Fertigung" in der Oracle E-Business Suite mit der Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) aufgezeichnet.
