  Hi everybody, I recently started programming my first Cocoa app. I have ran into a problem i hope you can help me with. I have a MainController who controls the user browsing his computer and sets some textfield = the chosen folder. I need to retrieve that chosen folder in my AnalyzeController in order to do some work. How do i pass the textfield objectValue from the MainController to the AnalyzeController? Thanks

  I have a large brown field webforms app that uses ObjectDatasource controls all over the place, which makes refactoring more difficult than it should be. Is there a way to get a comile-time failures if an object or method is renamed which would cause the ObjectDataSource no longer work? In MVC there is the notion of compiling views, is there a parallel to this for webforms?

• Factory Girl sequence fails under autospec

  I have this Factory: Factory.define :email_address do |e| e.sequence(:address) { |n| "factory_#{n}@example.com" } e.validated true end When I run my specs with rake spec, it works fine. When I run autospec, it fails right away, claiming that the email address is being used twice in two different objects (there is a validation which restricts this).   So I'm having problems when I try to publish the website. I'm in visual studio 2008 sp1. I've got a bunch of user controls and on a few pages I'm using them programatically.   I noticed that the position of the builtInZoomControls in WebView (bottom, horizontal right) is not consistent with the default position in the MapView (bottom, horizontal center). 1) Why is that not consistent? (Probably a question to be asked to Google) 2) Is there a way to horizontal center the builtInZoomControls of the WebView without applying custom Zoom controls? Or is that the only way?

  Can anyone confirm if the latest release of Apache httpClient 4.0.1 or 4.1 alpha2 supports httpOnly cookie. (Did not find anything in the release notes but the source code validation for cookies does not raise exception when value is not existing?) Since the previous versions raise an exception on trying to parse HttpOnly stating that no value was found.

What would the best approach be, for loading a configuration file inside of my class? Is there a way tell BizTalk to automatically truncate without having to go in and manually configure a functoid for each element?   Calling MyPanel.Panel1.Hide(); or MyPanel.Panel2.Hide(); simply hides the controls inside the panel... but I want to have the other side of the panel fill up the whole space. So, if I hide Panel1, I want Panel2 to take up the whole space, and I want the splitter to disappear. Is that possible, if so, how?

  HI, I have an input field in which I want to trim any leading/trailing whitespaces. We are using JSF and binding the input field to a backing bean in the jsp using: <h:inputText id="inputSN" value="#{regBean.inputSN}" maxlength="10"/> My question is that besides validation can this be done in the jsp? I know we can also do this using the trim() java function in the Handler, but just wondering if there is a more elegant way to achieve this in JSF. Thanks.
