position of options in HTML select element

I have a element that contains options. The element is 150px wide but some of the options are wider. So when rendering, the browser shows the overflow to the right. How can I make the options list overflow to the left? I am searching a batter solution for creating xml through xml serialization. How to create XSD schema from XML with this kind of structure (in .net)?

Here's the problem: my input is XML file that looks something like: <BaseEntityClassInfo> <item> <key>BaseEntityClassInfo.SomeField</key> <value>valueData1</value> </item> <item> <key>BaseEntityClassInfo.AdditionalDataClass.SomeOtherField</key> <value>valueData2</value> </item> <item> <key>BaseEntityClassInfo.AdditionalDataClass.AnotherClassInfo.DisplayedText</key> <value>valueData3</value> </item> ... ... </BaseEntityClassInfo> The <key> element somehow describes entity classes fields and relationships (used in some other app that I don't have access to) and the <value> stores the actual data that I need. My goal is to programatically generate a typed Dataset from this XML that could then be used for creating reports. I thought of building some XSD schema from input XML file first and then use this schema to generate Dataset but I'm not sure how to do that. The problem is that I don't want all data in one table, I need several tables with relationships based on the <key> value so I guess I need to infer relational structure from XML <key> data in some way. So what do you think? How could this be done and what would be the best approach? Any advice, ideas, suggestions would be appreciated!

ASP.NET: "Object Required" when repeating LinkButtons in an UpdatePanel

I have an UpdatePanel which has a Repeater repeating LinkButtons. When I click a LinkButton, the page does a partial postback, then I get a javascript error: "Object required". I tried debugging the javascript, but couldn't get a call stack. If I remove the UpdatePanel, the LinkButtons do a full postback, and they disappear from the page. Why can't I get the value of this text input?

It seems simple enough, but nothing I try is working. I have a jquery ui datepicker, I use val() to get the value of that input on button click(), then log it. The click event is working. I can log a string I write myself, but when I pass console.log() the variable that stores the datepicker value...nothing. Hi, I'm trying to parse an XHTML document using TBXML on the iPhone (although I would be happy to use either libxml2 or NSXMLParser if it would be easier). Trying to use RemoveChild() on XmlNodeList messes up my XmlNode collection

But, after the RemoveChild() statement, the list stays only with 1 item. Hi, My project has a fairly deep graph of Maven modules. The root POM has the following plugin configured <plugins> <plugin> <groupId>org.jvnet</groupId> <artifactId>animal-sniffer</artifactId> <version>1.2</version> <configuration> <signature> <groupId>org.jvnet.animal-sniffer</groupId> <artifactId>java1.4</artifactId> <version>1.0</version> </signature> </configuration> </plugin> </plugins> If I invoke this target from the command line in the root directory via: mvn animal-sniffer:check Then it works fine as long as the current module extends (either directly or indirectly) from the root POM. However there are many children (or grandchildren) of the root module, which do not inherit from that module's POM. In this case, the goal fails because it cannot find the necessary configuration [ERROR] BUILD ERROR [INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [INFO] One or more required plugin parameters are invalid/missing for 'animal-sniffer:check' [0] Inside the definition for plugin 'animal-sniffer' specify the following: <configuration> ... <signature>VALUE</signature> </configuration>. That obviously goes strait to "index.asp" A line of Main.asp:  Page top includes all of what I need for my menu... so: Part of resource/menu.htm: <div id="colortab" class="ddcolortabs"> <ul> <li><a href="main.asp" title="Main" rel="dropmain"><span>Main</span></a></li> ... </ul> </div>  <div id="dropmain" class="dropmenudiv_a"> <a href="main/announcements.asp">Announcements</a> <a href="main/contacts.asp">Contact Information</a> <a href="main/MeetingPlans.asp">Meeting Plan</a> <a href="main/photos.asp">Photo Gallery</a> <a href="main/events.asp">Upcoming Events</a> </div> Let's say I click on the "announcements" (http://blah.com/login/main/announcements.asp) link... Now I'm at the announcements page! But wait, I include the same menu file. Guess what happens: I get sent to "http://blah.com/login/main/main/announcements.asp Which doesn't exist... My solution: Make a menu_sub.asp include for any subpages. But wait a second... this WORKS, but it gets REALLY REALLY messy... What can I do to use just one main "menu.asp" instead of "menu_sub.asp"? using "/main/announcements.asp" WON'T be an option because this is a web application that will be on different directories per server. Any ideas? PLEASE

So,when a long value come into the table then table going to extra large width.But i need to wrap the outcomes data.So,How i can fixed the table width? How to create copying items from property values?

Let's say I have a list of sub paths such as <PropertyGroup> <subPaths>$(path1)\**\*; $(path2)\**\*; $(path3)\file3.txt; </subPaths> </PropertyGroup> I want to copy these files from folder A to folder B (surely we already have all the sub folders/files in A). It doesn't translate the *** to files. What did I do wrong? Please help!
