  The formula failing is the following: =IF(TIMEVALUE(C2 & ":00") > TIMEVALUE(B2 & ":00"); 0; C2-B2) I previously tried =IF(C2 > B2; 0; C2-B2) but this also gives me "Error 502". The cells it is referring to contains data in the format "12:30" (I formatted the columns with format "HH:MM"). I just want to calculate how much time lies between two times, respecting the special case where endtime < starttime.

  I pressed $, in order to sync mailbox, but mutt just quit... in fact mutt don't quit every time i press $, it only quits sometimes, so how to know the reason why mutt quit? is this a bug in mutt'? The error message is: Sorting mailbox... Segmentation fault Can i use strace with mutt if i want to know what happens? • Apt-Get "sources.list needs at least 1 source-URI" error when building dependecies for Xen

  What i'm trying to do is install Xen in a test environment, now I am trying to run the: apt-get build-dep xen-3.3 command, but it keep throwing a error which literally translated from dutch (installed the debian OS in Dutch) say's: E: your sourcelist (/etc/apt/sources.list) has to contain at least 1 source-URI I've googled it but I can't seem to find a definitive solid answer on how to fix this. By default a source-URI (read man page of apt-get) states it needs to be something along the lines of deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian stable contrib Now I've got 2 HTTP sources (default Debian ones) up & running so far and they've been working flawlessly for the better part of a few days now. Only now its starting to act up. Anyone able to help me out ? Much obliged !

• Mysql Error 2002 (HY000) on Snow Leopard

  My boss update my computer to Snow Leopard, after the update we had a set back and deleted a few files/folders, since then is just nightmare after another one. I finally getting things back but I'm still having problems with MySQL. This is what I did: Deleted ALL of mysql files/folders Download and installed the packages mysql-5.1.45-osx10.6-x86_64.dmg installed the Startup item and the preferences panel After the above, I tried to start MySQL from the preferences panel without luck, and running the following command from Terminal /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql I get the following result ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) I looked at some other post for possible solutions, but what they does not exactly fits my problem, so I cannot find a solution. I'm new to all this and your help will be much appreciated.

• Group policy results failing with "Invalid class" error

  When trying to run the Group Policy Results Wizard against a specific workstation, I'm getting the following error: The wizard was unable to generate the computer or user's data due to insufficient permissions. Details: Invalid class I'm guessing that the class being referred to is a WMI class, but I haven't gotten much farther. I've run sfc /scannow on the machine with no luck. I've also followed all of the recommendations in this article: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/repairwmi.htm. I cannot find anything useful in the event logs and I can't think of anywhere else I could look to find out what's really happening here. Any help would be appreciated.

• Exchange 2003 HTTP Account Error

  We are trying to get one of our users connected to our Exchange 2003 server using the HTTP method as they already have an existing Exchange account on another server. The setup goes through and they appear to get connected fine however none of the subfolders are listed. Instead we get one folder of "Error-Pls file a Bug". The usual Google search just throws up nothing useful. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or has anyone actually gotten Outlook (2003 or 2007) to connect to an Exchange 2003 server?

  I had installed windows 7 for testing. Now i want to re-install windows xp home original. I am using the toshiba installation(recovery) disk. The installation process asked a few questions. I selected the option to retain other partitions and to delete only c drive. • Vim lint check - only show message if there's an error

  I have this line in my .vimrc, which means "when I save a .rb file, run it through ruby -c" (the ruby interpreter's error checking). autocmd BufWritePost *.rb !ruby -c <afile> When I save that file, I always see output at the bottom of the screen, so I get used to it and start ignoring it. What I want is to only see output if there are errors. I can see that when there are errors, after it says what they are, at the bottom, it says "shell returned 1." How can I modify this line so that it only shows a message if the shell returns 1? Is there a way to conditionally surpress output from a shell command run in vim?

• SharePoint / SQL Server "out of memory" error

  After months of preparation, we launched a new SharePoint intranet portal today. Immediately, some users began getting a "server out of memory" error when they tried to log in. The SharePoint server appeared to be fine, but the SQL Server was reporting 100% memory use. (It has 4 GB.) We rebooted the server and have not had further memory problems, though memory usage is hovering around 60% or above. I'm not convinced that we have solved the problem; I suspect it may return Monday morning when the whole staff tries to log in again. I'm not a database guy, and I'm stumped about how to troubleshoot this. Do we need more memory, or is there somewhere I should look to reduce memory usage?

• Xenserver boot error

  I'm trying to get Xenserver 5.5 running on a spare computer here, hardware specs: Intel Q6600, 4GB Ram, and Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R motherboard Xenserver itself installs fine onto a 150GB sata hdd, however it fails to boot whatsoever, giving this garbled mess: http://img697.imageshack.us/img697/9918/biosi.jpg it's not frozen because if I press enter it just prints a different garble and it also says "could not find kernel image". The strangest thing is if I put that hdd in my desktop and assign it to a VMWare desktop vm (under the ESX profile no less) it boots perfectly... leading me to believe there are no problems with the install or the hdd itself. From what I can tell the error seems to be occuring completely seperately to Xenserver, in the bootloader extlinux?. If there was a motherboard compatibility issue I would think it would also have manifested during installation, and the fact the problem seems to be with the booting into Xen makes me doubt this. Any ideas guys? (I'm using Xen because it can do PCI passthrough without VT-d.)

  Hi, I have a web server ( IIS 7.5 , windows 2008 64 Bit web server ed) and notice that in last few days all web sites on server stopped and cant browser by visitor. I check the event log but I didnt see any things related to this problem. When I try to restart IIS i got error on W3SVC serivce.When IIS try to STOP it, W3SVC goes to stopping state and never stop. so I can't start it again. I try and find that I never can restart the W3SVC and when IIS work fine if I try to restart this service, it goes to stopping and never stop. 1- how can I find the problem on IIS? ( i have several asp.net app host on it ) 2- how can I fix W3SVC service stopping problem? Thanks Mehdi

• How to configure mysqldump to avoid max_allowed_packet error

  Honestly it baffles me that with a completely default installation of mysql if I run mysqldump with default parameters it generates a SQL file that can't be imported into another completely default installation of mysql. From what I can gather it's got something to do with the max_allowed_packet setting and/or the net_buffer_length setting. I've read a bunch about this, and tried tweaking it a bunch of ways on both the export and import sides, but it still doesn't work. I keep getting the packet too big error on import. From everything I've read, here's my best guess: mysqldump --net_buffer_length=50000 myschema > giant_file.sql Because I read here that mysqldump refers to max_allowed_packet as net_buffer_length because ... uhh ... anyway. Then to import mysql --max_allowed_packet=999999 myschema < giant_file.sql But this still doesn't work. How do I export / import the database???

• SQL Server Management Studio - Error connecting to remote DB

  All right, here is the deal: I'm connecting to a Windows 2003 Server using VPN. On this server, there is a remote SQL Server 2005 Express engine. I can connect to the database using Visual Studio 2008. What I can't do though, is connect to this same database with SQL Server 2005 Management Studio (Standard). I have checked the connection info a hundred times and still nothing. One thought: do VS ans SSMS use the same sql provider? Note: I'm running Windows 7 RC. • booting FreeBSD 9 from USB stick: boot error

  I am trying to boot FreeBSD 9 from a USB stick that I created following the official guidelines: dd if=FreeBSD-9.0-RELEASE-i386-memstick.img of=/dev/da0 bs=64k Booting fails with a simple 'boot error'. I have used this USB stick for quite a while for the very purpose of booting / installing new OSs, but I tried a different one anyway - same problem. I have also reproduced the issue on a different machine. I've acquired to image file over torrent which AFAIK has an md5 check built in, but I downloaded it again anyway directly from a FreeBSD mirror. Same result. Does anyone have any success with this ? I did not find anything related online which seems to suggest this is not a well-known problem. Does anyone have a thought where else to search for the cause of the problem ?

  When I open gvim, it gives "Mapping not found" warning. I found out that the problem is related to the snipmates.vim plugin. But I can't locate where exactly in snipmates.vim file this error is produced. Is there a way to find out the exact cause? Note: gvim 7.2 runs on Windows XP. I found a solution advice in vim mail list. gvim -V20 2>&1 | tee logfile I run this command from command prompt but it doesn't output anything into the logfile. All the logs are written on the entry screen of gvim.

I know the file is there and the url is correct, and I have added the script module and managed handler as well.   We are seeing errors on some of our QA testing scripts that intermittently throw Connection Reset By Peer errors. The Test scripts submit requests via F5 which forwards requests to Apache (2.2.21) with a mod_jk load_balancer with the following setting for each worker in the worker.property worker1 props worker.worker1.type=ajp13 worker.worker1.port=8109 worker.worker1.lbfactor=1 worker.worker1.host=skunkhost1.com worker.worker1.connection_pool_timeout=30 and here is what is in the JBoss domain.xml for the AJP port from JBoss 7.1.1 <unbounded-queue-thread-pool name="SKUNKY.APP.AJP"> <max-threads count="300"/> <keepalive-time time="3" unit="minutes"/> </unbounded-queue-thread-pool> Here is httpd.conf Timeout 300 KeepAlive On KeepAliveTimeout 15 MaxKeepAliveRequests 100 TraceEnable Off My question is that is it posisbe that apache times out and closes the connection while jboss is still ready and working on the request?   I configured database mail profile as gmail smtp server, SSL and port 465. I didn't restart server. And this is first time to use Database Mail feature on that server. When I send a testing mail it give me this error message: The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (The operation has timed out) I tried this mail configuration with Thunderbird and I could send messages througt this SMTP. Why is SQL Server giving this eror message?   Now that I"m down to the last part to install the FFMPEG it tells me to do the following cd /usr/local/src/ffmpeg/ ./configure --enable-libmp3lame --enable-libogg --enable-libamr-nb --enable-libamr-wb --enable-libvorbis --disable-mmx --enable-shared make make install ln -s /usr/local/lib/libavformat.so.50 /usr/lib/libavformat.so.50 ln -s /usr/local/lib/libavcodec.so.51 /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.51 ln -s /usr/local/lib/libavutil.so.49 /usr/lib/libavutil.so.49 ln -s /usr/local/lib/libmp3lame.so.0 /usr/lib/libmp3lame.so.0 ln -s /usr/local/lib/libavformat.so.51 /usr/lib/libavformat.so.51 When i get to the part ./configure --enable-libmp3lame --enable-libogg --enable-libamr-nb --enable-libamr-wb --enable-libvorbis --disable-mmx --enable-shared I get the error Unknown option "--enable-libogg". See ./configure --help for available options. I've tried removing the --enable-libogg but does not seem to help.
