    I have a trigger that checks to see if certain fields changed during the update. If any of these fields changed I update another table. I'd like to "break" out of the if conditions as soon as I know that something changed. Is there a way to do this within a MySQL Trigger? What I have works, but It seems inefficient.     Like the title says, I'm trying to find out if I need to include a script library that my ASP.net UserControl needs to work. I don't want to include it multiple times per page, but I want my control to be able to be used multiple times on the same page. How can I, in the codebehind of my control, check to see if a given <script/> tag is present? This is .Net 2.0, no LINQ.

  • Bug in Safari: options.length = 0; not working as expected in Safari 4

    This is not a real question, but rather an answer to save some others the hassle of tracking this nasty bug down. I wasted hours finding this out. When using options.length = 0; to reset all options of a select element in safari, you can get mixed results depending on wether you have the Web Inspector open or not. If the web inspector is open you use myElement.options.length = 0; and after that query the options.length(), you might get back 1 instead of 0 (expected) but only if the Web Inspector is open (which is often the case when debugging problem like this).     I have a group of divs which I'm dynamically generating when a button is clicked with the class, "brick". This gives them dimension and starting position of top: 0. I'm trying to get them to animate to the bottom of the view using a css transition with a second class assignment which gives them a bottom position: 0;. Can't figure out the syntax for adding a second class to elements with a pre-existing class. On inspection they only show the original class of, "brick". So I have benchmarked this query with a join: SELECT BENCHMARK(100000000, 'SELECT book.title, author.name FROM `book` , `author` WHERE book.id = author.book_id ') And this is the result: Query took 0.7438 sec ONLY 0.7438 seconds for 100 millions of query with a join ??? Do I make some mistakes or this is the right result ?

    Update: There was actually a hidden panel with validator in the user control that was causing page not to be valid on the first postback. Consider this issue resolved. This is first time I am using this control and it is behaving rather strange. I have to click on the "Next" button twice for it to move to the next step. I tried explicitly setting active index, using MoveTo etc. Nothing works. Here is the markup for the control.
