  • Eclipse Maven web application - can not run on server anymore

    I have an maven eclipse webapp project that I was able to right click and 'Run on server' and it would deploy on tomcat. I recently did a 'maven - Update project conifgurations' and I now can NOT deploy and run the project as a webapp. Has anyone seen this before? The only output from tomcat is as follows - it doesnt even look like its trying to deploy the application.   • Pass values from MasterPage UserControl to child ASPX Page

    Hi, Senario: Masterpage with a UserControl and a child ASPX page In the past when using this senario I've used an Interface as a way to pass a value from the UserControl (embedded in a master page) to the masterpage code behind then consume that value in the child aspx page. My question is now that asp.net 4 have arrived is this still a good way to achieve this or is there another or perhaps better way to do it? I've read somewhere that perhaps "delegates" is perhaps another route to take. Any help much appreciated Lk

    I need to pass a single variable in a querystring from one application (in PHP) to another (in ASP.NET). It's a one way transfer...That is I need to encrypt it in PHP and decrypt it in ASP.NET (c#). I'm barely a newbie on PHP and I'd like not to have to do more than add a tag to the page that needs to do the passing. The data will be anywhere from 5 - 15 characters..only letters and numbers.   • Matlab - applying low-pass filter to a vector?

    If I have a simple low-pass filter, e.g. filt = fir1(20, 0.2); and a matrix with a list of numbers (a signal), e.g. [0.1, -0.2, 0.3, -0.4] etc, how do I actually apply the filter I've created to this signal? Seems like a simple question but I've been stuck for hours. Do I need to manually calculate it from the filter coefficients?
