  I have 2 tables. One is 'page_links' and the other is 'rpp'. For example, I want to get the is_allowed value of all the pages from rpp for role_id = 3 and at the same time, list all the available pages from page_links. But I do want to specify the role_id as well and get the results. I need the query to be able to get this result. I would appreciate any replies that could help me with this. If you can suggest me any changes as well to the table(s) design to be able to achieve the desired result, that's good as well. Thanks in advance.

  I am setting GtkEventBox with an Transparent image from gtkrc file using pixmpa engine. but issue is that in transparent are of the png image gtk is filling default window back ground color. If you use MVC in your web application then you don't need to use something like Smarty(template engine) as you are already separating application code from presentation code anyway by using MVC right? please correct me? So am i correct in thinking it's MVC OR Templating or do you use both in your apps?If any one could explain this in detail it would be great. Thank you in advance;-)

  Within the @Controller of a search engine: @RequestMapping(value = "/search/{query}", method = RequestMethod.GET) public String search(@PathVariable String query) {} If a user wants to search /search/w?rld (wich should match world, warld, whrld, etc.), the variable query equals w, because of the question mark which indicated a GET var. I tried "/search/{query:.+}", but still doesn't work. Any idea how to solve that problem?

• OpenGL: Implementing transformation matrix stack

  In a newer OpenGL there is no matrix stack. I am working on a simple display engine, and I am going to implement the transformation stack. What is a common strategy here? Should I build a push/pop stack, and use it with a tree representing my model? I suppose this is the "old" approach, that was deprecated in the newer OpenGL versions. Maybe then it is not the best solution (it was removed for some reason)

  I'm using the Unity 3D engine to build an iPhone app, and when I go to generate my Xcode project for compilation, it includes a few fairly large libraries: Mono.Security.dll.s, System.dll.s, System.Core.dll.s, etc. I don't know if this question is really an Xcode question or a Unity question, but I'm trying to figure out why each of those libraries is being linked - which functions / classes are being referenced - ideally so that I can rewrite my code to remove as many of the dependencies as possible. Does anybody know a way to find this information out?

  hi all I have a regex defined in python/ruby/php that is like this "(forumdisplay.php\?.*page=%CURRENTPAGE%)" when I do it for java, I have to double escape that question mark to //? like so: "(forumdisplay.php\\?.*page=%CURRENTPAGE%)"; is there a function I can use to do that automatically? or would I need to change all my regexes over to work with the java regex engine? thanks

  i want to change this url localhost/classAds/classInc/home.php to localhost/classAds/classInc/home/ for this i created .htacess file as follow, RewriteEngine On #Turn on the rewriting engine RewriteRule ^home/?$ home.php [NC,L] #Handle requests for "home" and put this file in C:\wamp\www\classAds and then C:\wamp\www\classAds\classInc but at both places it did not work,i checked Apache error log but nothing there. actually i an new to this thing.. any idea please??
