    I have a jQuery Dialog box on one of my pages. One of the buttons in the dialog boxes triggers a JavaScript prompt OnClick. Everything seems OK with the lastest versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox, but some users are reporting weird behavior. Are there any known browser compatibility errors with jQuery UI dialog boxes?

Ive tried reading it in as a String and an Array of strings neither though seems to be grabbing the right value. The response.jsp looks like this: <%@ page language="java" %> <%@ page import="java.util.*" %> <%@page contentType="text/html" pageEncoding="UTF-8"%> <%! %> <jsp:useBean id="formHandler" class="validation.RegHandler" scope="request"> <jsp:setProperty name="formHandler" property="*" /> </jsp:useBean> <% if (formHandler.validate()) { %> <jsp:forward page="success.jsp"/> <% } else { %> <jsp:forward page="retryReg.jsp"/> <% } %> I already have Java script validation in place but I wanted to make sure I covered validation and checking for non-JS users. The RegHandler just uses the name field to refer to the value in the form. Any Idea how I could access the select box's value?

If I create and use this camera, and set LEFT,TOP to 0 and WIDTH=256 and HEIGHT=240, anything I render to the screen will use these coordinates? So a box with a width and height of 1, if set to 0,0 will take up space from 0,0 to 1,1?

    Hi there, I'm looking to calculate the total size of all shared folders (except admin shares) on a number of different servers (consolidating all accessed files to a NAS box for easier backup / restore) but am having a bit of trouble finding a solution.     Hello, When I start a new Visual C# Silverlight project in the official release version (not the beta or the release candidate--the official release version) of Visual Studio 2010, I get only Silverlight 3 as an option in the Silverlight Version dropdown at the New Silverlight Application dialog box. I have installed SL 4, the SL4 tools for VS 2010, to no avail. I am running Windows XP SP3. Any ideas??? Thank you, Jon

  • Dubugging a program not run within the debugger and without a crash

    I left a program running last night, it worked fine for about 5 hours and then one of its built-in self-diagnostic tests detected a problem and brought up a dialog box telling me the issue. The program was built with debug information (/Zi). Is it possible to somehow get the debugger started so I can examine the value of some variables within the program? Or is it too late?

  • Losing context from JQuery post with ASP.Net MVC

    I have a JQuery dialog box on a page that calls something like this: $.post("/MyController/MyAction", { myKey: key} //... And this successfully gets here: [HttpPost] public ActionResult MyAction(int myKey) { //do some stuff return RedirectToAction("AnotherAction"); } The problem is that the RedirectToAction has no effect on the webbrowser. I am guessing this is because the JQuery post is kinda on a different 'tread' so it doesn't know where to send the response? How do I get the browser to load the new response?
