    I've got a question: I have 3 tables: Users Menu UserMenu UserMenu contains IdMenu and IdUser. In My DataModel Entity Framework 4.0, I'm filling my User Model and filling User.Menu (Menu is Navigation Properties) with an existing Menu of my table Menu. I have to save User and Save each related menu item in UserMenu table. I get the following exception: The ObjectStateManager does not contain an ObjectStateEntry with a reference to an object of type 'SGGED.Model.Menu'. Code Users objUser = new Users(); objUser.name = itemUsers.name.Trim(); objUser.email = itemUsers.email.Trim(); objUser.password = Util.HashString("12345"); objUser.effdt = DateTime.Now; objData.Users.AddObject(objUser); foreach (var itemMenu in itemUsers.Menu) { objData.ObjectStateManager.ChangeObjectState(itemMenu, EntityState.Unchanged); } affRows = objData.SaveChanges(); Whats the way to handle this issue?   • How do I make a DIV stay at the top of the screen no matter ow far down the page my visitor scrolls?

    What I'm saying is, I have some extremely long pages on my website, which can make it annoying I've my visitors need to scroll to the top of the page to be able to navigate to another page. I'm not quite sure what I would call this but any Google search that contains the words 'DIV' and 'float' come up with completely unrelated results... What I'm looking to do is create a DIV that stays at the top of the Screen (not to be confused with the page) so that if the user is at the bottom of the page, they can still see the navigation bar just floating at the top of the screen. What I can think of is to position the DIV relative to the position of the screen but I don't know how to code this. I'm happy to use JavaScript (preferably in the form of jQuery), but if you know how to do this using CSS, I would favour your response. This might help: I know a little bit of jQuery and JavaScript and I know a good deal of CSS and HTML. Thanks in advance.

  • C# equivalent of typeof for fields

    With reflection, you can look up a class from a string at run time, but you can also say typeof(Foo) and get compile time type checking, auto completion etc. If what you want is a field not a class, you can look it up from a string at runtime, but if you want compile time type checking etc., is there anyway to say something like fieldof(Foo.Bar)? I know the name of both the class and the field in advance, and I want to be able to refer to the field at compile time rather than with a run-time string lookup.

  • load page with inactive scrollbar

    I have a page that scrolls through images, some taller than the others. When a tall image loads it auto-creates a scrollbar in the browser window, causing a width jerk. Is there a way to load a scroll bar regardless of if it is needed, and when a tall image apears it activates itself accordingly, then deactivates its self accordingly when the image changes to a shorter image?   • My table cells don't highlight immediately when touched

    Hi, In my app, I have a table view that has about eight cells. There is a navigation bar at the top. When a user touches a cell, nothing happens for about 1/2 second. Then the touched cell highlights blue and immediately the new view slides into position. The problem is that there is no feedback to the user about which cell he touched until just before the new view slides into position. For example, when I explore the tables in the iPhone's Settings application, when you touch a cell, the cell immediately turns blue, and then there is a 1/2 second delay, and then you see the new view. How do I get my table's feedback of highlighting the cells to happen immediately? I am using tableView didSelectRowAtIndexPath:, and each cell has an accessory button. Thanks for any insight.

    Consider you have the following class public class OuterClass { ... private static class InnerClass { int foo; int bar; } } I think I've read somewhere (but not the official Java Tutorial) that if I would declare the static member classes attributes private, the compiler had to generate some sort of accessor methods so that the outer class can actually access the static member class's (which is effectively a package-private top level class) attributes. Any ideas on that?

I'm handling the event like this: case WM_VSCROLL: SetScrollPos(hWnd, SB_VERT, (int)HIWORD(wParam), TRUE); break; all I want is for the position of the scroll bar to stay once I release my mouse but what it's doing is just going back to the top after.
