  • Reading server-side XML with JavaScript and jQuery

    Hello, this is quite a simple question hopefully. Our client currently has a Flash banner ad on their site which they can change the text size, colour, position etc. by editing an XML file. They want to scrap flash and use JavaScript and jQuery. Now, as long as the XML file is at a readable URL I should be able make an AJAX request for the file and use it. Is that correct? Many thanks

I am impressed with the animation when the mouse is clicked and zooming into images from different angles. I've been thinking on PDF generation but not sure if there are handy tools to construct pivot tables. For this I have created two tables, "menu" and "rights": menu - id - section_name rights - id - menu_id (references column id from menu table) - user_id (references column id from users table) How can a query be written in order to get all menu sections and mark the ones where a given user has access. The problem is that the NIB file is the main application NIB that gets loaded automatically by the application and therefore I cannot set up the UINibProxiedObjectsKey dictionary as described in the documentation. When I inserted an image it doesnt shows in firefox and explorer. With safari, the image only shows an empty box with a question sign in the middle.     Hi All, I have a string say string s ="C:\\Data" , I have an array which contains some strings containg "C:\Data" in the beginning i.e. string[] arr = new {"C:\\Data\abc.xml","C:\\Data\Test\hello.cs"};. I have to remove the string "C:\Data" from each entry and have to combine it with another string say string fixed = "D:\\Data". What is the best way to do it, please help as I am a new programmer in C#.
