How do I execute this desktop shortcut in the terminal? If i double click it works perfectly, but I need to execute this in terminal. I tried Running a .desktop file in the terminal. That didn't work for me either but it does if its an "application" shortcut. I'm trying here to execute "link" .desktop file, where you define in the type section (Type=Link) and (URL=smb://servername/sharefolder)

• Qwidget window disappears [migrated]

  Okay... This has been bugging me for hours. I have a qtmainwindow with a menubar. I've managed to connect an action in tje menubar to an independent Qwidget. But as soon as the Qwidget appears it disappears. I'm using the latest version of pyqt.   We have 2 identical database tables on our dev server. In both is a table that holds an X509Certificate2 data in one of its fields. When I grab the cert along with the password that I've been using all along, it works over the first database just fine.   I am very new to WPF and needed some pointers as to why this is not working correctly. I am trying to make a maximize button that will change to a restore button when clicked. I thought a toggle button with 2 different styles that would be changed in the code behind could work. I am first trying to get the maximize button working and have ran into a problem. I get the error 'System.Windows.Controls.Image' is not a valid value for the 'System.Windows.Controls.Image.Source' property on a Setter. in my xaml. I seem to be not understanding something completely.   Hello, I stumble upon a problem, and can't find a solution. So what I want to do is uncompress data in qt, using qUncompress(QByteArray), send from www in gzip format. I used wireshark to determine that this is valid gzip stream, also tested with zip/rar and both can uncompress it. However, when using SetWindowLong my application will never receive the CDDS_ITEMPREPAINT and so my slider just looks like a standard slider. The application crashes when any sort of interaction takes place upon the slider, such as hovering over it or minimizing and maximizing the dialog. I snipped the TBCD_CHANNEL code as it is never reached.   I attempted to install the perl module Net::Twitter::Role::API::Lists using WHM and after doing so my whole site came down. It seems that something that was updated with the install isn't functioning correctly and since our website it written in Perl none of our site scripts will run. In almost 8 years of working with Perl I've never had any issues arise after installing a perl module so I have no idea how to even start troubleshooting. • Android Packaging Problem: resources.ap_ does not exist

  I am trying to fix a problem in Eclipse for like 3 hours and I haven't made any progress. Tomorrow is the customer coming to look at my app, and I have no time left. This is really frustrating! This morning when I was coding and I wanted to run my app on my device Eclipse crashed all of a sudden. 'aapt.exe has stopped working' After this Eclipse wasn't starting anymore. It froze at the splash image. I looked on the internet and tried different solutions like going back to Java SE 6 update 20, changing .ini file etc. in the end reinstalling Eclipse did the job. Shortly after that the 'aapt.exe has stopped working' returned. I found a solution by changing my projects target. 1.5, 1.6, 2.2 doesn't matter, as long as it's different than the one before. Now I get the Error generating final archive: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\xxx\bin\resources.ap_ does not exist error. I tried clean but that doesn't work. Deleting and automatically regenarting R.java also didn't work. I ran the same code in Netbeans with the Android plugin and there it gives me the 'aapt.exe has stopped working' again :( Please guys, how can I fix this? Edit: I think I may have found the reason.   Hi, i keep on getting ActiveRecord::MissingAttributeError errors randomly everywhere in my program. i have passenger (30 instances) running with nginx. i don't have this problem in dev.
