  I'm currently mining sequence patterns using SPADE algorithm in R. SPADE is included in "arulesSequence" package of R. I'm running R on my CentOS 6.3 64bit.   I have programmatically added an FBProfilePictureView object to a view. When initially logging in, the user's profile picture displays as expected when setting the profileId of the object within the FBLoginViewDelegate method loginViewFetchedUserInfo:user:. However, when logging off the following line of code produces an error: profilePicture.profileId = nil; The error thrown is: [__NSCFNumber isEqualToString:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance Note: This was only an issue after I incrementally upgraded the iOS SDK from 3.5 to 3.8. • Why can I query with an int but not a string here? PHP MySQL Datatypes

  I am working on an Asset Database problem. I receive $id from $_GET["id"]; I then query the database and display the results. This works if my id is an integer like "93650" but if it has other characters like "wci1001", it displays this MySQL error: Unknown column 'text' in 'where clause' All fields in tables are of type: VARCHAR(50) What would I need to do to be able to use this query to search by id that includes other characters? • strange data annotations issue in MVC 2

  Hello, I came across something strange when creating an edit form with MVC 2. i realised that my error messages come up on form sumission even when i have filled ut valid data! i am using a buddy class which i have configured correctly ( i know that cos i can see my custom errors). • jQuery, insertBefore, validation, Placement of error message

  I am using insertBefore under errorplacement to add validation messages, each one below each other as I want the order of the messages to go from top to bottom. I am using a hidden input at the very bottom of a parent element in order to supply an element for the insertBefore argument. Is there a way to insert from the bottom without using the dummy hidden element? If I use absolute positioning, there is a possibility for white space, for example 3 stacked messages, the middle one missing since there is no collapsing with absolute positioning.

• LNK2005: delete already defined error in VC++

  Hi, I am newbie to VC++, so please forgive me if this is stupid. I have got 7 solutions under one project. Six of these build static libraries which is linked inside 7th to produce an exe. The runtime configuration of all the projects is MultiThreaded Debug. sln which is used to produce exe is using MFC other slns use standard runtiem library. I tried changing those to MFC, but still I am getting the same error. All the six slns build successfully. When I try to build exe - get the follwoing error: nafxcwd.lib(afxmem.obj) : error LNK2005: "void __cdecl operator delete(void *,int,char const *,int)" (??3@YAXPAXHPBDH@Z) already defined in tara_common.lib(fileStream.obj) This is weird because tara_common is one of the libs that I generated and fileStream.cpp is file that is just using delete on a pointer. I built it in verbose mod, so I am attaching the output. • How to display a JSON error message?

  I'm currently developing a tumblr theme and have built a jQuery JSON thingamabob that uses the Tumblr API to do the following: The user would click on the "post type" link (e.g. Video Posts), at which stage jQuery would use JSON to grab all the posts that's related to that type and then dynamically display them in a designated area. Now everything works absolutely peachy, except that with Tumblr being Tumblr and their servers taking a knock every now and then, the Tumblr API thingy is sometimes offline. Now I can't foresee when this function will be down, which is why I want to display some generic error message if JSON (for whatever reason) was unable to load the post. You'll see I've already written some code to show an error message when jQuery can't find any posts related to that post type BUT it doesn't cover any server errors.
