    Hey. I try to use SWFUpload Javascript/Flash library for uploading files in my Rails (RoR) app. Upload works with standard form but with SWFUpload I get "HTTP Status: 422" error code. Can someone tell me how to fix that?

    I am moving from using only Intellij to manage my build system to Intellij/Maven. When I run my integration test "MapSimulationTest" with my own runner via @RunWith(KmlParameterizedRunner.class) Intellij correctly handles the situation, the directory specified by the system property "user.dir" is scanned for .kml files and each is tested. The problem seems to be that Surefire ignores @RunWith, any suggestions?

    Hi, I have a problem regarding to prevent download and saving of uploaded files. My users can upload multiple files types like doc, pdf, ppt,etc.... This all file types are easily download if any one have url. So what is the better way to prevent the download of the file.     I have a flash drive which has an application whose code is written VC++ 2008 , the application works fine in xp , but the problem arises when i plug in the drive to a windows 7 machine , it doesn't run properly. is there any way that i can make it compatible to windows by writing a code. i dont want to set the compatibility tab in windows 7 to run the program.. i want to code it in the program , more like a patch.

ProductID int Name string PriceA money PriceB money PriceC money In SQL Server Integration Services, I need to split this in to multiple records: ProductID int Version string // A, B, or C Price money // PriceA if A, PriceB if B, etc. This would be within a Data Flow, I presume as a Transformation between Excel source and OLE DB destination. (Assuming OLE DB is a good destination for MS SQL server).

    If you needed a clean and consistent sandbox for pathfinding what would you use? I want to experiment with different pathfinding algorithms by sending virtual units (robots) around obstacles on a geometric plane. But I don't need a feature overkill like a game engine or Flash might have, just an animated report and native collision detector. I prefer it to be scripted in python, but if there are java or C++ alternatives I would appreciate them as well.

    Can I set the registration point of a MovieClip (or other Display Object) to its center upon creation in AS3? the following var myClip:MovieClip = new MovieClip(); sets the registration point of myClip to its top left corner by default. Using Flash CS4 to set it to its center is just a couple of clicks, so I am wondering how I can perform the same action only with code.

    Hi - what's the best way to simply get feedback from PayPal to confirm that your customer paid? It looks as if the answer is IPN - if so, my followup question is, can I enable IPN for only specific buttons? I don't want PayPal pinging my IPN listener for purchases that don't require any kind of IPN integration. I'm all about Agile and YAGNI, I don't want to do ANYTHING unnecessary.
