They replied saying that it is only possible with an SSH-tunnel. Is it possible to connect to a MS SQL database in Visual Studio using an SSH-tunnel? It is important for me to be able to access the database from my local machine (for debugging, generating LINQ classes, editing tables, etc). Or, how should I go about working with their database?

  I'd like to limit the text length of EditText widget, And if user type more charactes than the limited length, I want to show a kind of warning popup, however I can't show popup. The problem is that we can't show popup while typing, Probably, many people think a way of utilizing OnKeyListener or OnKeyDown. SELECT id, LOWER(title) as title, LOWER(sub_title) as sub_title FROM ebay_archive_listing WHERE MATCH(title, sub_title) AGAINST ("key" IN BOOLEAN MODE) However it is not finding rows where the title contains the word "key". "key" is generated dynamically based on a set of keywords, so sometimes it contains + and - symbols.

  Hi i am working on some high resolution display features in which have to draw the vertical line , i am using Moveto() and lineTO() , but it is much time taking... can anyone suggest me , what we can use instead of it ...to optimize the performance... see the scene is , in order to draw 100 Vertical lines it is taking 84ms time, we need to reduce it to 5 ms something.. please refer me any alternate fot that.
