In some of the clients such as Tortoise, we have change dialog with a list of files that have been modified. And we can choose files for "commit". How can I extract the names/path of these files? • Eclipse Plugin project with other project dependencies

  I have an Eclipse plugin project, and it depends on other projects that I have in my Eclipse workspace. After adding the project dependencies under "Java Build Path" - "Projects" tab, and also selecting the project in the "Order and Export" I get a java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError. I'm assuming that the other projects have not been properly included into the plugin. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, James

• Cocoa @sum array operator too slow - alternatives?

  I've got a text field value bound to a key path that uses @sum. When the array controller is filtered, the text field updates properly, but extremely slowly, lagging the UI or outright beachballing after every key press (less so as the number of items in arrangedObjects decreases). There is no lag if I don't use @sum; I've narrowed it down to this. Is there a faster way to do the same thing?

The problem is I have no idea where to start, the level is pretty simple just a lot of pillars that I want the 'bad guys' to navigate around to get to the player character. • Universal iPad App rejected because of launch crash that I can't reproduce

After one week of waiting my universal iPad app has been rejected because "is crashing on launch on iPad running iPhone OS 3.2 and iPhone 3GS running iPhone OS 3.1.3 and Mac OS X 10.6.2." Unfortunately I can't replicate the problem, I've tested in debug and release modes and the app works just fine. I even created an ad-hoc configuration and test it in other devices and everything works fine. • Mercurial over ssh client and server on Windows

  I'm trying to configure Mercurial for use with both a windows server (freeSSHd) and client (both command line and TortoiseHG). I'm using the most recent versions of everything... all downloaded in the past few days. Using public key auth, I have been able to get connected to the server and I'm able to use plink to execute "hg version" and get a response, but when I try to clone a repository from the ssh server the command appears to hang. Running with -v yields: hg -v clone ssh://<username>@<server>//hg/repositoryA testRepositoryA running "plink.exe -i "<path to private key file>" <username>@<server> "hg -R /hg/repositoryA serve --stdio"" with nothing more forthcoming. Running the hg serve command directly on the server yields an apparently responsive Mercurial server, but the clients do not seem to make any further requests. Running "hg serve" in the repository directory and cloning over http works perfectly. What should I be looking for to help debug this? Is there something the clients (hg and TortoiseHG) aren't sending to continue the request stream? Additional Information: If I change to an invalid repository on the target machine, the appropriate error is displayed, so it does appear that the remote hg is running and correctly evaluating the path.   I recently upgraded my MacBook Pro to Snow Leopard and "git pull" returns: rakudo $ git pull git: 'pull' is not a git-command. See 'git --help' Did you mean this? shell rakudo $ git-pull -bash: git-pull: command not found I've tried reinstalling via macports, but to no avail. • Spawn a multi-threaded Java program from a Windows command line program, spawner won't end until spa

  Short version: How can I prevent a spawned Java process in Windows from blocking the spawning process from ending? Long version: I'm trying to spawn a multi-threaded Java program (Selenium RC, not that it should matter) from a program launched from the Windows command line (NAnt's <exec> task, again, not that it should matter). I'm doing it using the Windows "start" command, and the spawned process is started and runs correctly. The spawning process receives control back and finishes (NAnt says "BUILD SUCCEEDED"), but doesn't actually exit to the command line. When the spawned process finally terminates (could be hours later), the command process returns and the command line prompt occurs.
