I compiled simple Hello service that just prints "Hello" with JAX-WS and tried to deploy on tomcat, but got errors while deployment : ERROR - Error deploying CXF webservice for servlet helloservice.endpoint.Hello java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not find servlet helloservice in web application context /helloservice Please, help what is done wrong here.   Am working on a program that will allow a graph of nodes to be displayed and then updated visually as the nodes themselves are updated. I am fairly new to Visual Studio 2010 and am following the GraphViz guide located at http://www.graphviz.org/pdf/libguide.pdf in order to get GraphViz working as a library.   I am trying to compare two tables to find rows in each table that is not in the other. Table 1 has a groupby column to create 2 sets of data within table one. groupby number ----------- ----------- 1 1 1 2 2 1 2 2 2 4 Table 2 has only one column. number ----------- 1 3 4 So Table 1 has the values 1,2,4 in group 2 and Table 2 has the values 1,3,4. • TableView frame not resizing properly when pushing a new view controller and the keyboard is hiding

  Hi, I must be missing something fundamental here. I have a UITableView inside of a NavigationViewController. When a table row is selected in the UITableView (using tableView:didSelectRowAtIndexPath:) I call pushViewController to display a different view controller. The new view controller appears correctly, but when I pop that view controller and return the UITableView is resized as if the keyboard was being displayed. I need to find a way to have the keyboard hide before I push the view controller so that the frame is restored correctly. If I comment out the code to push the view controller then the keyboard hides correctly and the frame resizes correctly. I have added NSLog statements and see things happening in the log file as follows: Show Keyboard ViewWillDisappear: Hiding Keyboard Hide Keyboard Keyboard Hide Finished PushViewController (an NSLog entry at the point I push the new view controller) From this trace, I can see things happening in the right order, but It seems like when the view controller is pushed that the keyboard hide code does not execute properly. Any ideas would be really appreciated. I have been banging my head against the keyboard for a while trying to find out what I am doing wrong.

• Grails Liferay portlet not invoking action

  I am trying to create a simple portlet for Liferay 5.2.2 using Grails 1.2.1 with the grails-portlets 0.7 and grails-portlets-liferay 0.2 plugins. I created and deployed a stock portlet (just updated title, description, etc...). It deploys correctly and the view renders correctly. However, when I submit the default form that is in view.gsp it never hits the actionView function. I would've thought that should be an action request.

  Hi, I'm quite new to using Tornado Web as a web server, and am having a little difficulty keeping it running. I normally use Django and Nginx, and am used to start/stop/restarting the server. However with Tornado I'm having trouble telling it to "run" without directly executing my main python file for the site, ie "python ~/path/to/server.py". I'm sure I'm getting this completely wrong - is there a way of 'bootstrapping' my script so that when Nginx starts, Tornado starts? Any help would be appreciated!

  I have a python list of lists as shown below: mylist=[ [['orphan1', ['some value1']]], [['parent1', ['child1', ['child', ['some value2']]]]], [['parent1', ['child2', ['child', ['some value3']]]]] ] I need to convert the above list to some thing like this: result=[ ['orphan1', ['some value1']], ['parent1', ['child1', ['child', ['some value2']]], ['child2', ['child', ['some value3']]]] ] Kindly help me approach this problem. I have given only simple list. In actual scenario here, in my list, even grand parents/grand childs are there. How much ever deep the input nested list is, I need to convert it to a single nested list, with common list elements (parents and grand parents) appearing only once. (but the next to innermost list element('child' in above example) should appear as many times it occurs in the input list. I have been trying to do this last two days, but did not end up with working solution :(. I need to use the output in django template filter: unordered_list so that the resultant nested list appears as a nested unordered list in my html page ..

• UAC being turned off once a day on Windows 7

  I have strange problem on my HP laptop. This began to happen recently. Whenever I start my machine, Windows 7 Action Center displays the following warning: You need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off. Actually, this does not happen if it happened once on a specific day. For example, when I start the machine in the morning, it shows up; but it never shows up in the subsequent restarts within that day. On the next day, the same thing happens again. I never disable UAC, but obviously some rootkit or virus causes this. As soon as I get this warning, I head for the UAC settings, and re-enable UAC to dismiss this warning. This is a bothersome situation as I can't fix it. First, I have run a full scan on the computer for any probable virus and malware/rootkit activity, but TrendMicro OfficeScan said that no viruses have been found. I went to an old Restore Point using Windows System Restore, but the problem was not solved. 8204 bytes As suggested in this very similar question, I have run full scans (+boot time scans) with RegRun and UnHackMe, but they also did not find anything. I have carefully examined all entries in the Event Viewer, but there's nothing wrong. Now I know that there is a hidden trojan (rootkit) on my machine which seems to disguise itself quite successfully. Note that I don't have the chance to remove the HDD, or reinstall the OS as this is a work machine subjected to certain IT policies on a company domain. Despite all my attempts, the problem still remains. I strictly need a to-the-point method or a pukka rootkit remover to remove whatever it is. I don't want to monkey with the system settings, i.e. disabling auto runs one by one, messing the registry, etc. EDIT 2: I have found an article which is closely related to my trouble: Malware can turn off UAC in Windows 7; “By design” says Microsoft. Despite reading several guides on ASCII, Unicode, utf-8 and the like, I think I'm still far from mastering the secrets of string encoding/decoding.   I'm trying to export 2 values from every single item from the combo box field. I have found two methods to insert items into a combo box: 1) insertItemAt http://www.verypdf.com/document/acrobat-forms-javascript/pg_0048.htm 2) setItems http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9/Acrobat9_HTMLHelp/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=Acrobat9_HTMLHelp&file=JS_API_AcroJS.88.748.html but neither method allows two parameters (im always get "missing ) after argument list" error from the Acrobat JavaScript Debugger) Does anyone know of a better solution for this problem? • More efficient way of updating UI from Service than intents?

  I currently have a Service in Android that is a sample VOIP client so it listens out for SIP messages and if it recieves one it starts up an Activity screen with UI components. Then the following SIP messages determine what the Activity is to display on the screen. For example if its an incoming call it will display Answer or Reject or an outgoing call it will show a dialling screen. At the minute I use Intents to let the Activity know what state it should display. An example is as follows: Intent i = new Intent(); i.setAction(SIPEngine.SIP_TRYING_INTENT); i.putExtra("com.net.INCOMING", true); sendBroadcast(i); Intent x = new Intent(); x.setAction(CallManager.SIP_INCOMING_CALL_INTENT); sendBroadcast(x); Log.d("INTENT SENT", "INTENT SENT INCOMING CALL AFTER PROCESSINVITE"); So the activity will have a broadcast reciever registered for these intents and will switch its state according to the last intent it received. So I was wondering if there is a different more efficient and cleaner way to do this? Is there a way to keep Intents broadcasting only inside an application? Would callbacks be a better idea? If so why and in what way should they be implemented?
