  • Customly chromed Windows in wpf

    I've tried creating a customly chromed window in wpf using WindowStyle None, and AllowsTransparency True, however, when I maximize the window it covers the entire screen (and goes beond it's edges, it also hides the Windows-bar at the bottom of my screen, just like a game in fullscreen). How can I make the behaviour like a normal window, but with my own customly made wpf-chrome?

    Everywhere there are pretty pictures of failing tests shown inline in the code editor, like in Peepcodes Objective-C for Rubyist screencast and in apples own technical documentation: When I build my test-target, all I get is a little red icon down in the right corner, stating something went wrong. When clicking on it, I get the Build Results, where I can start to hunt for test results. Do anyone have a clue on what´s wrong?

Before I release I'm wondering if I should include some sort of licensing information in the help page of my app. Are all iPhone apps that are downloaded through the App Store covered under some sort of Apple license, or do I need to provide my own license information?     hi I was wondering if it was possible to put balanced chemical equations, and if possible including state symbols, in the existing netlogo model that i am using, i havenot seen any examples in the models library so was not sure if it was possible. I wanted the model to be able to allow the user to input a balanced chemical equilibrium equation, or the model displays the the equation so then the user can select from them if they do not want to enter their own any help will be greatly appreciated thanks for example ethane + oxygen -- carbon dioxide + steam C2H6 + O2 -- CO2 + H2O

    Hello If I have a method like this: public static String convertDateTimeToString(DateTime dt) { return dt.getDate() + " " + dt.getTime(); } Which takes a Datetime object of my own which contains a Java.sql.date and a Java.sql.time, what is the best way of reversing the process so that I can substring a Java.sql.date and a Java.sql.time from a string? Or if DateTime dt is a JodaTime DateTime object? If this can be done without reference to Java.util.date. Thanks Mr Morgan.

  • Do .NET Timers Run Asynchronously?

    I have a messaging aspect of my application using Jabber-net (an XMPP library.) What I would like to do, if for some reason the connection to the Server is ended, is keep trying to connect every minute or so. If I start a Timer to wait for a period of time before the next attempt, does that timer run asynchronously and the resulting Tick event join the main thread, or would I need to start my own thread and start the timer from within there?
