  I have an activity with an "Add" and a "Delete" button. The "Add Button" inflates a view, the "Delete Button" removes a selected View. When I inflate a view with the "Add Button", it is automatically drawn below any previously infalted view.   Hello, I have a problem when upgrading a django and mysql app with south. I've tried to make a sql-based upgrade with the code generated by the django sqlall command and I have a similar problem.   Ok, I understand the Title didn't make any sense so here I've tried to explain it in detail. I'm using a hosting that gives me space for my domain and lets me "add on" other domains on it. So lets say I have a domain A, and I add on a domain B. Basically my hosting gives me a public_html where I can put stuff that shows when someone visits website A. But, when I add the domain B, it lets me put the content of B, INSIDE of that public_html so that website B.com can also be visited by going to A.com/siteB... Thats all good, except that Google has started indexing B.com as well as A.com/siteB, I'm ok with it indexing B.com, but I somehow want to prevent it from indexing A.com/siteB so that when people search for B, it doesn't end up showing A.com/siteB. Any ideas? Let me know if the question is still unclear.

  I know instrumentation is a technique to add trace code dynamically into the methods to enable tracing and debugging. I was wondering if this is only a "Trace" option, hard coded into the CLR to add only trace code, or is there the ability to add any code to the methods? For example, I want to check for a condition in the beginning of every single method call in a certain class (say for permissions). Can I do this via adding dynamic code to the beginning of the methods in execution time? I'm not sure how this trace "instrumentation" thing works, but I'm wondering if this can be used for other goals too, or not.

  I want to know how I can create my own customised home screen for Android. I have used Viewpager to add and remove screens from the home screen, creating 5 screens as default, and then adding and removing further pages in with ViewPager. I have tried both Viewpager and PagerAdapter, as per this link. Is this the best approach so that in future I can add widgets and shortcuts with viewpager and make a launcher icon?

  I have a simple little code fragment that is frustrating me: HashSet<long> groupUIDs = new HashSet<long>(); groupUIDs.Add(uid)? unique++ : dupes++; At compile time, it generates the error: Only assignment, call, increment, decrement, and new object expressions can be used as a statement HashSet.Add is documented to return a bool, so the ternary (?) operator should work, and this looks like a completely legitimate way to track the number of unique and duplicate items I add to a hash-set. When I reformat it as a if-then-else, it works fine. Can anyone explain the error, and if there is a way to do this as a simple ternary operator?

  i have an asp.net mvc website where i build up most of the page using C# for example building up html tables given a set of data from my viewmodel i also have a lot of javascript that then dynamcially modifies these tables (add row for example). the javascript code to add a new row looks extremely similar to my "rendering" code i have in C# that is used to build up the html table in the first place. Every time i change the c# code to a add a new field, i have to remember to go back to the javascript code to do the same. is there a better way here?

  I have a local folder /bar, and I want to be able access via http://www.example.com/foo. So I have the config like rewrite ^/foo/(.*)$ /bar/$1 last; At the same time, I want to block public access to the real url /bar, Then I add the config like location ~* ^/bar{ return 404; } But when I add this url into the config, the 1st config above not work, now both return 404 Anything I should fix in order to make the rewrite work?   Hi! This question follows this: handling to onchange event of AutoCompleteTextField in wicket I'm trying to use the AutoCompleteTextField with a custom class as the generic type, and to add an AjaxFormComponentUpdatingBehavior. What I mean is I want to have a AutoCompleteTextField<SomeClass> myAutoComplete = ...; and after that add a AjaxFormComponentUpdatingBehavior: myAutoComplete.add(new AjaxFormComponentUpdatingBehavior("onchange") { @Override protected void onUpdate(AjaxRequestTarget target) { System.out.println( "Value: "+getValue() ); } }); The problem is that for some reason, adding that behavior makes the form try to set the model object with a String (even though the AutoCompleteTextField has a generic type of SomeClass), causing a ClassCastException when the onchange event fires. Is there a way to use AutoCompleteTextField without it being AutoCompleteTextField<String>? I couldn't find any example.   I have a listbox that is grouping the items with a GroupStyle. I would like add a control at the bottom of the stackpanel that holds all of the groups. This additional control needs to be part of the scrolling content so that the user would scroll to the bottom of the list to see the control. If I were using a listbox without the groups, this task would be easy by modifying the ListBox template. However, with the items grouped, the ListBox template seems to only apply on a per group basis. I can modify the GroupStyle.Panel, but that doesn't allow me to add items to that panel. <----- I would like to add a control to this stackpanel

• How can I use git to stage only one line in a file for commit, all from a script?

  I'm writing a simple pre-commit git hook that updates the year in copyright headers for files that are staged for commit. After modifying the line with the copyright, I would like the hook to stage that line so that it is part of the commit. It can't just git add the whole file, because there may be other pre-existing changes in there that shouldn't be staged. I don't see any options in the git add manual the let you stage specific lines. I figure I could git stash save --keep-index, apply my change, git add the file, and then git stash pop, but that seems rather crude. Any better approaches?
