    Hello, I tried Google Guice the first time and find it very nice. But, when I reached the part of Built-in Bindings I do not understand the examples. For me it looks like I can use it for logging like an interceptor, but I don't know how. Could someone of you explain this type of Binding and how I can use it? And maybe (if it's possible) use it for logging?

    I have a list of search terms: A | B | C | D | E | _______________________________________________________________ 1 | SEARCH TERM PR #1 PR #2 PR #3 PR #4 2 | lcd screens 3 | mud 4 | eurpoean sport cars 5 | perfume How can the search term in my spreadsheet fetch the Google PageRank of the top five domain/page results for each term? I've seen similar "pagerank fetching" questions here, but those are based on known domains. In my scenario, the domain is unknown until results are fetched based on a search term.

    I have a dynamic php website which index only has around 800 errors according to the w3 validator online. I have tried checking major websites like ebay, stackoverflow and others also, all with around 400 errors. So my first thought is, what good is that validator when it always displays errors? Secondly, will the errors affect my SERP ranking? ie, will me fixing these errors as good as I can increase my Google search position? Thanks

    Sorry if this question is obvious for some of you. I know we can link to the existing Goggle Maps app, but I would like to have an app that does not exit and provides the direction within. I intend using GTFS for public transit. On the other hand, would it be possible to plot a line inside the iPhone app the results as returned by Google Transit?   • Controlling the fontsize across multiple browsers

    Hello, I've got 3 browsers on my WinXPpro: Firefox 3.5.2, Opera 10 and IE 7. Alle pages are displayed fine in FF. Opera and IE seem to have a very similar issue: Both upsize fonts eventhough zoom mode in both browsers is set to 100%. I tend to believe that this might be a system-wide setting, somewhere. Does anyone know this problem? Thanks in advance.

  • Connection established to google DNS, can't resolve any hosts

    As you can see from the picture above, I am connected to google DNS but am unable to resolve any hostnames. When I try to ping sites like google.com, yahoo.com, etc, I get 'ping: unknown host'. Yes, I am able to ping localhost, I am able to ping hostname.domain.com, but not domain.com. I can't ping my nameservers. I can ping all hosts by IP address and that works.     Using Ubuntu 12.04. wget hangs in http request sent, awaiting response... in some sites. Browser's are not opening sites that are failed in wget. But in WinXP everything works.   • Where's Windows XP standard MIDI SoundFont?

    I'm trying to find the standard SoundFont used in WindowsXP's MIDI Wavetable Synthesizer. I don't know if I get this right, but there seems to be a set of Roland Sound Canvas samples used in XP's wavetable synthesizer. I looked for a SoundFont based on these samples, but either there is none in my Windows installation, or the MIDI playback works in a different way. Anyone has an idea where to look for it?

  • using tcpdump to display XML API requests without headers or ack packets

    I need assistance, I am trying to use tcpdump in order to capture API requests and responses between two servers, so far I have the following command: tcpdump -iany -tpnAXs0 host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and port 6666 My problem is, that the output is still hard to read, because it sends the Headers, and the ack packets. I would like to remove those and only see the XML bodies. I tried to use grep -v, but apparently this is all one request, so it filters the entire thing... Thanks!
