    I read that when hosting a queue endpoint all these names need to match: Hosted in IIS at: http://localhost/MyService.svc service endpoint address: http://localhost/private/MyService.svc queue: .\private$\MyService.svc So I wonder, how can you host a service with multiple endpoints to different queues? For example a service that is listening to two queues… (using two endpoints).

Is there an easy way to: return 304 "Not Modified" from action; include "Last-Modified" time stamp in the response. I use return Content('my data'); for action result.     Hello, I have an update panel which contains a few controls, a Place Holder which is dynamically populated (i don't know if this is what is causing the error) and after the a post is made the server is returning 0|error|500| only that, everything is working fine in my development machine, but something is wrong on server (Windows Server 2008, IIS 7) any thoughts about what's happening or any approach to catch that error on server and view the details of the error. thanks.

  • Compile aspx page "on the fly"

    I am trying to build an aspx page at runtime (by another aspx page which finally redirects to the new one). As far as I understand, aspx pages MUST be precompiled before a user can view them. In other words, the aspx page must be compiled to the DLL in the /bin folder. Is there a away to tell IIS, or to order it by VB.NET code, to compile a page before I am redirecting my user to the page? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

See image: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/72686/pngError.png But I've added png (default settings) to the allow image files list, and indeed you can see in the same image, that png is an allowed extension. Is it possible to create an msi that will install the app and the 11 web services and also set-up the app pools & create the apps in IIS? Or would I need an individual setup for each web service?     I've have a virtual machine with a VHD image that I've copied from Windows 7 to the Hyper-V server. This image was created on Windows 7 (Windows 7 64-bit), and I'm using it on Windows 7 as boot image. Starting this virtual machine with the Hyper-V Manager gives this error: "Boot failure. Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device." What do I need to do to boot from this vhd in Hyper-V?

Example: The dongle get's recognized by the Windows 7 device manager as a HID-compliant device, so it's properly connected. Does anyone have an idea how to make Virtual PC recognize the dongle?
