    I have a web application that calls a third-party web service. When I run it locally, I have no problems, but when I move it to my production environment, I get the following error: There is an error in XML document (2, 428). My local machine is a running vista home edition and the production environment is windows server 2003. The application is written in asp.net 3.5, wierdly under the asp.net config tab in iis, 3.5 doesn't show up in the drop down list, although that version of the framework is installed. The error is not being thrown in my code, it happens during serialization. I called the method on the proxy, I have checked the arguments and they are OK. I have also logged the SOAP request and response, and they both look OK as well. I am really at a loss here. Any ideas? SOAP log: This is the soap response that the program seems to have trouble parsing only on server 2003. On my machine the soap is identical, and yet it parses with no problems.     I have followed these instructions exactly, yet I get a "Page cannot be found" 404 error http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/247/using-fastcgi-to-host-php-applications-on-iis-60/ My PHP file is <?php phpinfo(); ?> I am running Windows Server 2003 and installed FastCGI and made sure everything is correct per those instructions. I can also create an HTML page and that serves no problem, so it must be an issue with PHP. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

After that I installed earlier version (10.1.0) for cloning DB purposes, php doesn't work. As I understand it failes because of oci8.dll, but can't find the real problem. Please, help.

Currently I have the user login to the site, manually query the csv, and have my application load the file locally.     I want a UILabel to render a partial character by setting the lineBreakMode to clip. But it is clipping the entire character. Is there a different way to clip a word so that only partial character is displayed? Lets say I have a string like: "Hello Word" and that string is in a myLabel with a width that only fits the 5 characters and part of the "W" I want it still to render part of the "W" and not drop it from the render.

    Hi I have a MySQL server that I need access through a VPN. I use MySQLdb package to access MySQL server in Python. When I can access the server without VPN, it works fine, but when I'm at certain locations, I need to connect through VPN. My computer is connected to the VPN and I can access the database through PHPMyAdmin, but MySQLdb gives me an error message: OperationalError: (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on 'MY_IP' (10061)") Any ideas on why it's not working?
