have read quite a lot about this error, the reason is 1) more than one jar containing this class have been include into the classpath, 2)include the jar twice or more, but in my case, this class is jdk class, and I have search no this class have been found under my application. any clue would be very helpful. exception stack: 2012-10-31 14:09:58,319 WARN • Approaching this case with ABDPDF

- by Younes
We have ABCPDF 8 available to work with for this case. We need to rebuild an existing PDF with markup and texts in it with text that comes from a CMS. What we basicly want to do is use an existing PDF and replace blocks of text and images with the ones our content editors specify in Sitecore. I have been looking at the documentation of ABCPDF but it's kind of overwelming at this point, cause it's the first time I'm trying to do anything with dynamically building a PDF. I found that it's possible to read text from an existing PDF document using the .GetText(""); method. This Method will accept 4 parameters and I've tried the SVG one (returns xml). When I load the xml in an XmlDocument I find that alot of textblocks which I assumed to be one block of text is split up in different parts. For example: <text xml:space="preserve" x="215.4312" y="48.9478" font-size="9" font-family="Arial-BoldMT" fill="rgb(237, 106, 0)" textLength="94.032" transform="translate(215.4312, 48.9478) translate(-215.4312, -48.9478)">wijkverpleegkundige?</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="215.4312" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="5.652" transform="translate(215.4312, 61.9438) translate(-215.4312, -61.9438)">•	</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="223.9362" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="49.509" transform="translate(223.9362, 61.9438) translate(-223.9362, -61.9438)">Lichamelijke</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="273.4452" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="2.502" transform="translate(273.4452, 61.9438) translate(-273.4452, -61.9438)">	</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="275.9472" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="32.013" transform="translate(275.9472, 61.9438) translate(-275.9472, -61.9438)">controle</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="307.9602" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="2.502" transform="translate(307.9602, 61.9438) translate(-307.9602, -61.9438)">	</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="310.4622" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="10.008" transform="translate(310.4622, 61.9438) translate(-310.4622, -61.9438)">op</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="320.4702" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="2.502" transform="translate(320.4702, 61.9438) translate(-320.4702, -61.9438)">	</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="322.9722" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="42.021" transform="translate(322.9722, 61.9438) translate(-322.9722, -61.9438)">bloeddruk,</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="364.9932" y="61.9438" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" textLength="2.502" transform="translate(364.9932, 61.9438) translate(-364.9932, -61.9438)">	</text> <text xml:space="preserve" x="223.9362" y="74.9398" font-size="9" font-family="ArialMT" transform="translate(223.9362, 74.9398) translate(-223.9362, -74.9398)" My first idea was to get all blocks of text and just replace them with my own text that comes from the CMS, but this doesn't seem to be the way to go. I'm now completely lost and don't know how to approach this issue. Is there any way to get the following XML to be accessible in objects in ABCPDF or am I doing things wrong? What will be the best approach on making this happen?

• Why Do I See the "In Recovery" Msg, and How Can I Prevent it?

- by John Hansen
The project I'm working on creates a local copy of the SQL Server database for each SVN branch you work on. We're running SQL Server 2008 Express with Advanced Services on our local machine to host it. When we create a new branch, the build script will create a new database with the ID of that branch, creates the schema objects, and copies over a selection of data from the production shadow server. After the database is created, it, or other databases on the local machine, will often go into "In Recovery" mode for several minutes. After several refreshes it comes up and is happy, but will occasionally go back into "In Recovery" mode. The database is created in simple recovery mode. The file names aren't specified, so it uses default paths for files. The size of the database after loading data is ~400 megs. It is running in SQL Server 2005 compatibility mode. The command that creates the database is: sqlcmd -S $(DBServer) -Q "IF NOT EXISTS (SELECT [name] FROM sysdatabases WHERE [name] = '$(DBName)') BEGIN CREATE DATABASE [$(DBName)]; print 'Created $(DBName)'; END" ...where $(DBName) and $(DBServer) are MSBuild parameters. I got a nice clean log file this morning. When I turned on my computer it starts all five databases. However, two of them show transactions being rolled forward and backwards. The it just keeps trying to start up all five of the databases. 2010-06-10 08:24:59.74 spid52 Starting up database 'ASPState'. 2010-06-10 08:24:59.82 spid52 Starting up database 'CommunityLibrary'. 2010-06-10 08:25:03.97 spid52 Starting up database 'DLG-R8441'. 2010-06-10 08:25:05.07 spid52 2 transactions rolled forward in database 'DLG-R8441' (6). • Setup database for Unit tests with Spring, Hibernate and Spring Transaction Support

- by Michael Bulla
I want to test integration of dao-layer with my service-layer in a unit-test. So I need to setup some data in my database (hsql). For this setup I need an own transaction at the begining of my testcase to ensure that all my setup is really commited to database before starting my testcase. So here's what I want to achieve: // NotTranactional public void doTest { // transaction begins setup database // commit transaction service.doStuff() // doStuff is annotated @Transactional(propagation=Propagation.REQUIRED) } Here is my not working code: @RunWith(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.class) @ContextConfiguration(locations={"/asynchUnit.xml"}) @DirtiesContext(classMode=ClassMode.AFTER_EACH_TEST_METHOD) public class ReceiptServiceTest implements ApplicationContextAware { @Autowired(required=true) private UserHome userHome; private ApplicationContext context; @Before @Transactional(propagation=Propagation.REQUIRED) public void init() throws Exception { User user = InitialCreator.createUser(); userHome.persist(user); } @Test public void testDoSomething() { ... } } Leading to this exception: org.hibernate.HibernateException: No Hibernate Session bound to thread, and configuration does not allow creation of non-transactional one here at org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.SpringSessionContext.currentSession(SpringSessionContext.java:63) at org.hibernate.impl.SessionFactoryImpl.getCurrentSession(SessionFactoryImpl.java:687) at de.diandan.asynch.modell.GenericHome.getSession(GenericHome.java:40) at de.diandan.asynch.modell.GenericHome.persist(GenericHome.java:53) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:39) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:25) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:597) at org.springframework.aop.support.AopUtils.invokeJoinpointUsingReflection(AopUtils.java:318) at org.springframework.aop.framework.JdkDynamicAopProxy.invoke(JdkDynamicAopProxy.java:196) at $Proxy28.persist(Unknown Source) at de.diandan.asynch.service.ReceiptServiceTest.init(ReceiptServiceTest.java:63) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:39) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:25) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:597) at org.junit.runners.model.FrameworkMethod$1.runReflectiveCall(FrameworkMethod.java:44) at org.junit.internal.runners.model.ReflectiveCallable.run(ReflectiveCallable.java:15) at org.junit.runners.model.FrameworkMethod.invokeExplosively(FrameworkMethod.java:41) at org.junit.internal.runners.statements.RunBefores.evaluate(RunBefores.java:27) at org.springframework.test.context.junit4.statements.RunBeforeTestMethodCallbacks.evaluate(RunBeforeTestMethodCallbacks.java:74) at org.springframework.test.context.junit4.statements.RunAfterTestMethodCallbacks.evaluate(RunAfterTestMethodCallbacks.java:83) at org.springframework.test.context.junit4.statements.SpringRepeat.evaluate(SpringRepeat.java:72) at org.springframework.test.context.junit4.SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.runChild(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.java:231) at org.junit.runners.BlockJUnit4ClassRunner.runChild(BlockJUnit4ClassRunner.java:50) at org.junit.runners.ParentRunner$3.run(ParentRunner.java:193) at org.junit.runners.ParentRunner$1.schedule(ParentRunner.java:52) at org.junit.runners.ParentRunner.runChildren(ParentRunner.java:191) at org.junit.runners.ParentRunner.access$000(ParentRunner.java:42) at org.junit.runners.ParentRunner$2.evaluate(ParentRunner.java:184) at org.springframework.test.context.junit4.statements.RunBeforeTestClassCallbacks.evaluate(RunBeforeTestClassCallbacks.java:61) at org.springframework.test.context.junit4.statements.RunAfterTestClassCallbacks.evaluate(RunAfterTestClassCallbacks.java:71) at org.junit.runners.ParentRunner.run(ParentRunner.java:236) at org.springframework.test.context.junit4.SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.run(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.java:174) at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit4.runner.JUnit4TestReference.run(JUnit4TestReference.java:49) at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.runner.TestExecution.run(TestExecution.java:38) at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.runner.RemoteTestRunner.runTests(RemoteTestRunner.java:467) at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.runner.RemoteTestRunner.runTests(RemoteTestRunner.java:683) at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.runner.RemoteTestRunner.run(RemoteTestRunner.java:390) at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.junit.runner.RemoteTestRunner.main(RemoteTestRunner.java:197) I dont know whats the right way to get the transaction around setup database. What I tried: @Before @Transactional(propagation=Propagation.REQUIRED) public void setup() { setup database } - Spring seems not to start transaction in @Before-annotated methods. Beyond that, thats not what I really want, cause there are a lot merhods in my testclass which needs a slightly differnt setup, so I need several of that init-methods. @Transactional(propagation=Propagation.REQUIRED) public void setup() { setup database } public void doTest { init(); service.doStuff() // doStuff is annotated @Transactional(propagation=Propagation.REQUIRED) } -- init seems not to get started in transaction What I dont want to do: public void doTest { // doing my own transaction-handling setup database // doing my own transaction-handling service.doStuff() // doStuff is annotated @Transactional(propagation=Propagation.REQUIRED) } -- start mixing springs transaction-handling and my own seems to get pain in the ass. @Transactional(propagation=Propagation.REQUIRED) public void doTest { setup database service.doStuff() } -- I want to test as real as possible situation, so my service should start with a clean session and no transaction opened So whats the right way to setup database for my testcase?

• How to allow bind in app armor?

- by WitchCraft
Question: I did setup bind9 as described here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=12149576#post12149576 Now I have a little problem with apparmor: If I switch it off, it works. If apparmor runs, it doesn't work, and I get the following dmesg output: [ 23.809767] type=1400 audit(1344097913.519:11): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_replace" name="/sbin/dhclient" pid=1540 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 23.811537] type=1400 audit(1344097913.519:12): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_replace" name="/usr/lib/NetworkManager/nm-dhcp-client.action" pid=1540 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 23.812514] type=1400 audit(1344097913.523:13): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_replace" name="/usr/lib/connman/scripts/dhclient-script" pid=1540 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 23.821999] type=1400 audit(1344097913.531:14): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_load" name="/usr/sbin/mysqld" pid=1544 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 23.845085] type=1400 audit(1344097913.555:15): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_load" name="/usr/sbin/libvirtd" pid=1543 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 23.849051] type=1400 audit(1344097913.559:16): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_load" name="/usr/sbin/named" pid=1545 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 23.849509] type=1400 audit(1344097913.559:17): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_load" name="/usr/lib/libvirt/virt-aa-helper" pid=1542 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 23.851597] type=1400 audit(1344097913.559:18): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_load" name="/usr/sbin/tcpdump" pid=1547 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 24.415193] type=1400 audit(1344097914.123:19): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_replace" name="/usr/sbin/mysqld" pid=1625 comm="apparmor_parser" [ 24.738631] ip_tables: (C) 2000-2006 Netfilter Core Team [ 25.005242] nf_conntrack version 0.5.0 (16384 buckets, 65536 max) [ 25.187939] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): virbr0: link is not ready [ 26.004282] Ebtables v2.0 registered [ 26.068783] ip6_tables: (C) 2000-2006 Netfilter Core Team [ 28.158848] postgres (1900): /proc/1900/oom_adj is deprecated, please use /proc/1900/oom_score_adj instead. • Server 2012 DFS New Member Issue

- by David
I am trying to add a new member to our DFS topology. We have 3 DCs (VMs - VMware) running Windows server 2012, two servers are located in or Primary site and the third at our DR site. Currently the two servers at our primary site are currently replicating DFS (full mesh) and are working fine. I have tried several times to add the third DC to our DFS topology, every time i configure the replication path e.g E:\MSI and click ok the MMC snap in crashes. Below is the crash info, any idea what is causing this? What i am doing is fairly straight forward and don't see why this would be happening. • Launch market place with id of an application that doesn't exist in the android market place

- by Gaurav
Hi, I am creating an application that checks the installation of a package and then launches the market-place with its id. When I try to launch market place with id of an application say com.mybrowser.android by throwing an intent android.intent.action.VIEW with url: market://details?id=com.mybrowser.android, the market place application does launches but crashes after launch. Note: the application com.mybrowser.android doesn't exists in the market-place. • Why load increase ,ssd iops increase but cpu iowait decrease?

- by mq44944
There is a strange thing on my server which has a mysql running on it. The QPS is more than 4000 but TPS is less than 20. The server load is more than 80 and cpu usr is more than 86% but iowait is less than 8%. The disk iops is more than 16000 and util of disk is more than 99%. When the QPS decreases, the load decreases, the cpu iowait increases. • Email Validation... advocating the use of +, and how embarrassed would you be to have written this?

- by Langdon
I take full advantage of GMail's wildcard feature ([email protected]). Unfortunately it seems that most developers don't understand that + is valid in an email address. This makes trying to unsubscribe a real chore sometimes. Take TicketMaster for example... immediately you notice that they didn't even bother escaping the email address, so the text field defaults to "user [email protected]". Not a problem, we can just add the + manually. Once Submit is clicked, you'll notice the validation stops you right in your tracks. What now? Most users would have to further contact TicketMaster and attempt to explain the situation. I opened up FireBug to investigate. That's when I noticed this whopping 74 line email validation function with so much redundancy it's ridiculous. My favorite check is on line 20, informing the user that his/her email cannot have more than one @. Unreal. My second favorite part is the TWO regular expressions used! Imagine... someone was paid money for this... and by the looks of it, they were paid by the line count. //Validates the email function validateOptoutEmail(object) { var emailStr = object.value; if(emailStr == '' || emailStr == null) { alert('Email can not be empty. Please provide email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } else if(Trim(emailStr).length == 0) { alert('Email can not be empty. Please provide email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } else { var atcount=0; for(var i=0;i<emailStr.length;i++) { if(emailStr.charAt(i)=='@') atcount++; } if(atcount>1) { alert('Invalid email. Email cannot have more than one @'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } if(emailStr.indexOf('.') == -1) { alert('Invalid email. Email must have one dot'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } if(emailStr.indexOf('..')!= -1) { alert('Invalid email. Email cannot have consecutive dots'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } var dotpos=0; for(var i=dotpos;i< emailStr.length;i++) { var ichar=emailStr.charAt(i); if(ichar=='.') dotpos=i; } for(var i=dotpos+1;i< emailStr.length;i++) { var ichar=emailStr.charAt(i); if((!isNaN(ichar)) || (ichar == '_')) { alert('Invalid email. Email cannot have numbers or _ after dot'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } } var pattern2=/^([\.-]?\w+)*@\w+([\.-]?\w+)*(\.\w{2,4})+$/; var pattern1=/^[0-9a-zA-Z\-\_.]+@\w+([\.-]?\w+)*(\.\w{2,4})+$/; if (pattern1.test(emailStr)) { if(pattern2.test(emailStr)) { return true; } else { alert('Invalid email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); } return true; } else { alert('Invalid email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } alert('Invalid email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } } I eventually just put a break point in FireBug and changed the value of the email address passed into the validation function. From there everything worked fine... All that said, how can we get the word out there that + is valid in an email address? Too often, I'm unable to use the email address that I want to use for certain web sites because developers simply aren't aware of what constitutes a valid email address.

• SQL: select random row from table where the ID of the row isn't in another table?

- by johnrl
I've been looking at fast ways to select a random row from a table and have found the following site: http://74.125.77.132/search?q=cache:http://jan.kneschke.de/projects/mysql/order-by-rand/&hl=en&strip=1 What I want to do is to select a random url from my table 'urls' that I DON'T have in my other table 'urlinfo'.The query I am using now selects a random url from 'urls' but I need it modified to only return a random url that is NOT in the 'urlinfo' table. Heres the query: SELECT url FROM urls JOIN (SELECT CEIL(RAND() * (SELECT MAX(urlid) FROM urls ) ) AS urlid ) AS r2 USING(urlid); And the two tables: CREATE TABLE urls ( urlid INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY, url VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL, ) ENGINE=INNODB; CREATE TABLE urlinfo ( urlid INT NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY, urlinfo VARCHAR(10000), FOREIGN KEY (urlid) REFERENCES urls (urlid) ) ENGINE=INNODB;

• ListView from cursor with checkbox

- by ekawas
Hi, I have a Listview that looks like the following: checkbox:textview {0 .. n} I have a OnCheckChangedListener that listens for checkbox changes (checkbox has focusable set to false as recommended by http://www.mousetech.com/blog/?p=74). The behaviour that I am looking for is that users can click the checkbox to set its state, and they can click on the listview item to get a description. Currently, checkbox state is saved properly and if you click on an item, then it shows a description. However, if you first change a state and then click to get the description, the checkbox reverts to a prior state. In fact all checkboxes revert back to a prior state. Anyone know how i can get this working? Thanks.
