Removed the usage of '-' to prefix key:value arguments. AspNetAssemblyPath is no longer a known key:value pair but can still be used because the tool now supports arbitrary key:value pairs for replacements. This was provided previously to support setting up ASP.NET Membership and Roles in a database.
