• android: how do i use the progress bar?

  I am writing a media player and i would like to have a progress bar showing the progress of the song. I found the ProgressBar class, but all i can get on the screen is a circular spinning icon. what im looking for is an actual bar. How do i change the style of the ProgressBar to be a bar (not a circle) and how would i use it with MediaPlayer? thanks

  Hi, I'm trying to redirect from one controller to another in Rails and I am getting this error: undefined method `call' for nil:NilClass The code is pretty simple (in def create method): @blog_post_comment = BlogPostComment.new(params[:blog_post_comment]) respond_to do |format| if @blog_post_comment.save flash[:notice] = 'Comment was successfully created.' redirect_to(@blog_post_comment.blog_post) else render :action => "new" end end Save goes ok, the value gets into the database. How can I work around the redirect fail?

• Can I rename Main.mxml?

  We have several Flash objects included in our project. We call each one a specific type of widget... For readability/debugging purposes I'd like to rename Main.mxml to something else. At first this seemed easy, as it would be just a setting in our maven configuration (we're using flex mojos to build our swf). However; changing the sourceFile from Main.mxml to MyWidget.mxml doesn't seem to do it. Any thoughts?

  I have been looking around at web applications and websites with rich graphs, charts, and data visualization and for the most part have been able to determine which frameworks or tools websites are using. However I was looking over 'resumup.com' and couldn't determine what they are using. Does anyone know off hand or can you tell? After much searching, I've come across these libraries: mp3info metadata id3lib-ruby rvideo (uses ffmpeg) These seem to help me in getting track length and tags which i also need, but I need something to play AAC (at least) and if possible other formats. I also must be able to pause and resume (so shelling a program like mpg321 is out).
