But if the array contains more than one value say (1,3) I need to return both results of 1 and 3. eg: if the array is like this array([0]=>1 [1]=>3) then $res=array('First Name','Insertion','Last Name','City','State','Country','Lead Country') But if there are 2 lead country only one should be displayed how to do this? Pls help me.

  • PHP fails silently when function not defined?

    I am migrating from PHP4 to PHP5 I have this in my .htaccess: php_flag display_errors on php_value error_reporting 2039 Which used to show all errors. I am still getting some errors but I used to get an error when I called a function that was not defined, but now it stops where it is at and send the client everything up to the error and nothing after. With no error message. Here is what phpinfo is telling me: Directive Local Value Master Value display_errors On Off error_reporting 2039 6143 I would like to be able to see my error messages for trouble shooting purposes. Can someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks!!

Is this possible? Technically it is the same information, but the array is constructed in a weird way to extract that information.

    I am parsing pages using Simple DOM parser. It is neat, but I would like to get the applied css style for each element. Not only the inline styles, but every style it applies to that element, being it inline, in-page or external. Is there a class that does that? If not, how would you do it? I do not really care about overriding styles, cascade, or browser specific styles. Having all the directly applied styles would suffice.

    I have some code that uses the stristr function to extract data I need. It works, in that it gives me the results I'm looking for. BUT (you knew there was a but), it gives me this error message for every iteration of the loop: Warning: stristr() [function.stristr]: Empty delimiter in ... line 55 Like I said, the code works apart from this error.     Hi, I am using a class which returns me the value of a particular row and cell of an excel spreadsheet. To build up an array of one column I am counting the rows and then looping through that number with a for() loop and then using the $array[] = $value to set the incrementing array object's value. This works great if none of the values in a cell are 0. The class returns me a number 0 so it's nothing to do with the class, I think it's the way I am looping through the rows and then assigning them to the array... I want to carry through the 0 value because I am creating graphs with the data afterwards, here is the code I have. // Get Rainfall $rainfall = array(); for($i=1;$i<=$count;$i++) { if($data->val($i,2) != 'Rainfall') // Check if not the column title { $rainfall[] = $data->val($i,2); } } For your info $data is the excel spreadsheet object and the method $data->val(row,col) is what returns me the value.
