    I have two gridview in update panel and m adding entries from one gridview to another on selectedIndexChanged event what m trying to do is updating update panel on this event selectedindexchanged ...but my gridview is inside accordian control so it does not get initialized and hence i get this error ..... control with ID 'GridView1' could not be found for the trigger in UpdatePanel 'UpdatePanel1' Anybody knows solution?

    Dear all, I would like to write a xslt rule if it matches a certain chapter ID that it sets autolabel to zero on the section. in pseudo code: IF CHAPTER == LOGBOOK SECTION.AUTOLABEL = 0 ELSE SECTION.AUTOLABEL = 1 ENDIF But after reading the docbook xsl website and docbook xsl reference i'm still unable to figure out how to do it.     I have a legacy rails (version 1.2.3) app which runs without issue on a number of servers (not to mention my local environment).     I am trying to create something that uses the idea of the UIPopOverController, I mean, have that speech bubble anchor pointing to the button who triggered the method. The problem is that I am using a UISegmentedControl... How do I get the id of the button that was tapped on a UISegmentedControl, so I can determine its position and generate the anchor? thanks for any help.

  • ASP.NET: Large number of Session_Start with same session id

    I'm running a ASP.NET website on my development box (.NET 2.0 on Vista/IIS7). The Session_Start method in global.asax.cs logs every call to a file (log4net). The Session_End method also logs every call. I'm using InProc session state, and set the session timeout to 5 mins (to avoid waiting for 20 mins). I hit the website, wait for 5 minutes unit I see the Session_End logging. Then I F5 the website. The browsers still has the session cookie and sends it to the server. Session_Start is called and a new session is created using the same session id (btw: I need this to be the same session id, because it is used to store data in database). Result: Every time I hit F5 on a previously ended session, the Session_Start method is called. When I open a different browser, the Session_Start method is called just once. Then after 5 minutes the Session_End each F5 causes the Session_Start method to execute. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Update: After the Session timeout, all subsequent requests have a session start & session end. I mean if it is guaranted that PictureId will be unique when this query is run by many threads ? I can't modify table structure.     Okay, so, the idea is that I have a map of "components", which inherit from componentBase, and are keyed on an ID unique to the most-derived*. Only, I can't think of a good way to get this to work. I tried it with the constructor, but that doesn't work (Maybe I did it wrong). The problem with any virtual, etc, inheritance tricks are that the user has to impliment them at the bottom, which can be forgotten and makes it less... clean. *Right phrase? The best thing I have found so far is to use Google Gears, which has a location API available, but my application is not web based. Are there any good public cell id databases that can be accessed from any kind of application? I have found a few interesting projects out there like OpenCellID, but the database is very poor right now.
