  • SQL Analysis Services - Dimension attributes with a "many" cardinality

    I am creating a cube with the following tables: Customer CustomerID, Name Customer Rep CustomerID, RepID Rep RepID, Name The important thing here is that there is a many to many relationship between Reps and Customers. I want to be able to ask the question "How much sales for customers working with rep 'A'?" In the data source view i set up the relationships between both customerid columns and both repid columns. I set up the rep attribute in the dimension builder and when I try to build the cube I get this error: Errors in the high-level relationship engine. the 'Rep' table that is required for a join cannot be reached based on the relationships in the data source view.

    SPL and PHP allows you to create objects on the fly from classes, that fulfill certain conditions, such as implementing certain interfaces and stuff like that. However, I would like to do something similar in c# and automatically create objects from all classes in a namespace and invoke a particular method from those classes that implement a certain interface. My experience developing desktop apps is very limited. I am not quite sure if I should use delegates to archive this or if reflection is really the way to go.

If not, perhaps I could send a whole method (interface) across the appdomain and run it against the data on the appside? The main thing is that I want the data to reside in the CurrentDomain and the logic for operating on it in the plugin so I don't have to send the data across the boundary...

    I'm trying to generate top-level abstract class with JCodeModel library, but I can't find any way to change class modifiers. It's possible for nested classes (JDefinedClass API provides methods that get modifiers as parameters). But for creation of top level classes I found only JCodeModel API methods that get fully qualified name with or without ClassType (class/interface/annotation/enum) as parameters. Does anybody can suggest me how to change modifiers of JDefinedClass to make it abstract?

    I'm got this project where i'm showing images with a qt5 interface, i'm simply setting the Pixmap of a label with the qimage pixmap The thing is, it's working on a debug build, but not on a release build and i dont understand why. I already got a folder in my .Exe folder named "plugins" and a subfolder in it named "imageformats", and in this folder the file named "qjpeg.dll" So i coming here to see if someone has an idea on why it doesn't work ? So far I've gotten my WCF service application working but now I'm trying to add callback functionality and the program has gotten more complicated. In the C# example code I understand how everything works but I am having trouble translating into VB the portion of code that uses a delegate. Can someone please show the VB equivalent?     I'm having problem displaying UIImage in UIImageView. I looked all over stackoverflow for similar questions, but none of the fixes helped me.
