  • Vim syntax highlighting not working (but works in gvim?)

    I've followed all instructions given on this site with an empty .vim folder, but for some reason, python highlighting is not working on my system. It only highlights the comments and a few variables - nothing like the picture. http://concisionandconcinnity.blogspot.com/2009/07/vim-part-i-improved-python-syntax.html Is there some other setting I am forgetting? I'm also using ubuntu 10.04 if that matters. A weird other note - it works in gvim, but not vim?

  • WCF with 3.5 and 4.0 together

    Has anyone managed to run wcf successfully in 2.0 integrated mode on IIS7 when .net 4 has been installed? I found that installing .net 4 removed the 2.0 handlers for svc and replaced them with .net 4 versions (this led to a 404.17 error in my v3.5 site), I managed to get my 3.5 site working again by running ServiceModelReg.exe /i from the v3.0 folder (Windows Commuication Foundation) but that removed the 4.0 mappings so they seem to be mutually exclusive? any advise on how to run a 4.0 and 3.5 WCF site on the same IIS7 server?

  • Using the Ocean Browsercaps files with .NET 4

    I have been trying to use the Ocean browsercaps files from http://owenbrady.net/browsercaps/ in a ASP.NET 4 application. When I drop the files into the App_Browsers folder I get the error The browser or gateway element with ID 'docomon505i' cannot be found. Are these files compatible with .NET4 or am I doing something wrong. The documentation is sparse.

    I need to setup an application that watches for files being created in a folder (locally or on a network drive) and I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on whether the FileSystemWatcher or polling on a timer would be the best option. I have used both methods in the past, but not extensively. Have you run into any issues (performance, reliability... etc) with either method? I know there isn't a "right way" to do this, I'm just looking opinions.

    Crystal Report is working fine on local database,but its not working on windows server 2008 when i deployed it on IIS 7. I have run Crystal report run time also.I copied CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll, CrystalDecisions.ReportSource.dll and CrystalDecisions.Shared.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\Common\3.5\managed\dotnet2 into bin folder of my application.Still its not showing anything and not throwing any error also.     I have a project under my management. It has the following structure: $/Code/MainSolution $/Code/Branches I want to branch the MainSolution in $/Code/Branches So I do it, (it works perfectly), I set a working folder for that project and do a 'get latest'. But when I open that solution in Visual Studio 2005 it identifies every file as new (+ sign in front of the file) and when I commit it it goes to $/Data/NameOfTheBranch Why does it do that? Why doesn't it follow MY rules?

  • Wildcard subdomains with GoDaddy giving me 404 error

    I have a hosting account with GoDaddy and I enabled wildcard subdomains by adding an A Record pointing to the IP Address. However when I try opening abc.mydomain.com, I get a 404 error. I searched the web and am doubting whether I need a .htaccess file. That file does not exist in my root folder. Can someone please guide me how to configure this and a sample .htaccess file if required. Many Thanks, Arun

  • msbuild TransformWebConfig task - doesn't work for App.configs?

    I have a windows service that will need to have the same kind of transformations that the web.configs would use, but VS 2010 doesn't seem to support that. I've tried manually adding the App.Release.Config files, and then using msbuil [PROJ] /T:TransformWebConfig /p:Configuration=Release but no transformation is performed. I got a TransformWebConfig folder createed in my obj subdirectory, but that's it. Is this thing hardcoded to only work with web.configs?

  • Symfony "cannot fetch TableMap" error when using propel:build-all

    Cannot fetch TableMap for undefined table: order_product. Make sure you have the static MapBuilder registration code after your peer stub class definition. Even if I erase the entire schema, clear the cache, and delete everything but "vendor" in the lib folder, I still get the error. I also get the error when doing propel:build-filters or propel:build-forms. Thanks for your help in advance!

  • Including MSVRC100.dll in C++ exe

    I created a simple C executable in Visual C++ 2010, but when others tried it they got a missing MSVCR100.dll error. Apparently, the user needs to install the Visual C++ Redistributable Package in order to run the exe. Is there any way I can instead include MSVCR100.dll inside the exe (so it's just one file, not sitting in the same folder) so people can just run the executable and have it work? Eclipse DOES NOT recognize Datanucleus has a PLUGIN, with versions of DN newer than 1.1.0m3 :-( The JARS i currently use, and the LAST ONES being recognized has plugins by eclipse (copied directly to \eclipse\plugins folder) are from datanucleus-accessplatform-rdbms-1.1.0.m3 Specific bundles: datanucleus-rdbms-1.1.0.m3.jar datanucleus-connectionpool-1.0.0.jar datanucleus-core-1.1.0.m3.jar datanucleus-enhancer-1.1.0.m1.jar IS there ANYONE out there using DATANUCLEUS with ECLIPSE?
