• Android Eclipse Error "Android Packaging Problem"

  Hello; I am getting an error in my Problems tab for my Android Project in Eclipse. The error is "Android Packaging Problem" with an Unknown location. Unknown Error NullPointerException I cannot determine what this problem is. My project was working a few hours ago. The only change I made was to add a public interface ITrackDao to my project and implement it. There are no errors associated with this. I am not even sure where to begin to look. I cannot launch the application. Can someone give me an idea on what area I can look into? Thanks Peter

• Easy_install of wxpython has "setup script" error.

  I have an install of python 2.5 that fink placed in /sw/bin/. I use the easy install command sudo /sw/bin/easy_install wxPython to try to install wxpython and I get an error while trying to process wxPython-src-2.8.9.1.tab.bz2 that there is not setup script. Easy-install has worked for several other installations until this one. Any help on why it's busting now? EDIT: The error occurs before dumping back to shell prompt. The second argument is defineds as a string and I have attempted to input it directly as a string and base64_encoded string (error: Length of the data to decrypt is invalid), an array and an associative array both string and base64_encoded string and get the error above.   I have a WCF application hosted on IIS 6 that needs to Have 2-way SSL authentication Validate client certificate content with some client host information Validate client certificate is issued by the valid subCA. I was able to do 1) successfully. I am trying to achieve 2) and 3) by following this - basically creating a class that inherits X509CertificateValidator and overriding the Validate method with my own validation implementation(step 2 and 3). I followed the MSDN instructions exactly however, it seem that the Validate method is not being called. I purposely throw a SecurityAccessDeniedException in the overidden Validate method and no exception is thrown when I tried to access the service via my browser. I can still access my website with any client certificate. I also read this thread but it didn't really help. Any help would be greatly appreciated!   Hello everyone, anyone can help me? I just got this problem today. Before this my site running smooth with Fastcgi enable but now its show 500 internal server error with below logs. I need to disable php fastcgi in LxAdmin so that my visitor can access my site but when I disable php fastgi, my web performance is very slow with high load to server. I also include the performance screenshot. What should I do?   I have got an(other) error while trying to upgrade our large project to SL4. I didn't write the original theme and my theme knowlege isn't great. • How to debug manifest errors?

  I am creating an application that depends on third-party library, which in turn depends on MSVCP90D.dll (it was compiled with debug symbols). While starting the application it fails to start and provides an error message: I have found such library in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\redist\Debug_NonRedist\amd64\Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT and C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\redist\Debug_NonRedist\x86\Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT. As you can see one of them is 64-bit, while the other is 32-bit. When I have placed 32-bit into the directory of the application the application silently crashes while loading (log from Visual Studio Output window is below). With the 32-bit one I get another error message: If I press Abort -- programs shuts down, Retry results in breaking into debug session for crt0msg.c file. This is system file and I have no idea how to debug it. If I press Ignore I get yet another error message: So the question is how to debug such errors? Please give me some links where I can read more about it or point me out what exactly I should do in such cases. I know this relates to manifest problems -- please give me a good resource where I can read about resources, since what I have found have confused me even more. • Forward event from custom UIControl subclass

  My custom subclass extend UIControl (MyCustomUIControl) Basically it contains 3 subviews: UIButton (UIButtonTypeCustom) UIImageView UILabel All the class works great but now I want to connect some events generated from this class to another. In particular when the button is pressed I want to forward the event to the owner viewcontroller so that I can handle the event. The problem is that I can't figure out how to implement this behaviour. Within EditableImageView I can catch the touch event using [button addTarget:self action:@selector(buttonPressed:) forControlEvents:UIControlEventTouchUpInside] but I don't know how to forward it inside of the buttonPressed selector. I also tried to implement touchesBegan but it seems never called... • Do I need to use any other attributes other than CssClassProperty to enabled design-time support?

  Hi, I'm trying to provide the same design-time support that the CssClass provides on some custom properties of a server control. The documentation suggests that decorating the property with the CssClassProperty is all that's required. [CssClassProperty] public string SomeOtherCssClass{get;set;} This has no effect, in vs2008 or vs2010. I've looked at the WebControl class using reflector and implemented all the attributes, and every combination thereof, to my property and still no class dropdown. Some blog posts suggest that the use of the Editor attribute but a) there's not mention of it in the documentation and b) none of editors which are remotely related to css classes have any effect either. Am I missing something to enable this feature? Thanks in advance, Keith.

  I have an app hosted by google app engine, and I am having trouble with authentication. When I login using my admin account and try to access the admin page or members pages, I just get a blank screen. I can login, and the members only menu shows when I login, but I just can't see any data from the members pages. I'm not really sure where I should start checking? My app is registered with my google apps account and I am using the only admin login that is there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

However, when pressing 'Save' I get the following error message: "There was an error saving changes. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact us." This error has persisted for about 24 hours now. Have you encountered this problem, and do you know any way to get around it? Edit 2009-11-10: I just received a response from my email to Apple. It stated that they will start looking into it, and expect to have a solution within three business days. As soon as I hear something new, I'll post it here.

• Recommendations on resolving a cs1705 error

  I'm upgrading a number of solutions from Visual Studio 2008 to Visual Studio 2010RC. In the process of doing this, I've encountered two instances of compiler error cs1705, one for System.Core and another for System.Data.Linq. In each case, an assembly compiled earlier has a reference to the .NET 4.0 version of these system assemblies, while the web project I'm trying to compile only has references to the .NET 3.5 version of them. Adding .NET 4.0 versions of System.Core and System.Data.Linq to the web project doesn't resolve the error. Removing the .NET 3.5 versions of the assemblies so that only the .NET 4.0 versions remain results in even more errors. Any recommendations on how to resolve this error would be greatly appreciated.

  I'm using the HTTPService object in actionscript to send some data to a php file on another server which then inserts the data to a database. I set up the crossdomain.xml file in the root of the directory that contains the php file to get around any security issues. Everything works fine on Firfox 3.5 (on mac and pc) and on IE 7 & 8. When testing on Safari 4 I get an error which would be expected when a crossdomain.xml doesn't exist.   I have a recursive query that returns an error when I run it; in other databases (with more data) I have not the problem. In my case this query returns 2 colums (ID_PARENT and ID_CHILD) doing a recursion because my tree can have more than one level, bit I wanna have only "direct" parent. NOTE: I tried to put OPTION (MAXRECURSION 0) at the end of the query, but with no luck. The following query is only a part of the entire query, I tried to put OPTION only at the end of the "big query" having a continous running query, but no errors displayed. Error have in SQL Server: "The statement terminated.The maximum recursion 100 has been exhausted before statement completion" The query is the following: WITH q AS (SELECT ID_ITEM, ID_ITEM AS ID_ITEM_ANCESTOR FROM ITEMS_TABLE i JOIN ITEMS_TYPES_TABLE itt ON itt.ID_ITEM_TYPE = i.ID_ITEM_TYPE UNION ALL SELECT i.ID_ITEM, q.ID_ITEM_ANCESTOR FROM q JOIN ITEMS_TABLE i ON i.ID_ITEM_PADRE = q.ID_ITEM JOIN ITEMS_TYPES_TABLE itt ON itt.ID_ITEM_TYPE = i.ID_ITEM_TYPE) SELECT ID_ITEM AS ID_CHILD, ID_ITEM_ANCESTOR AS ID_PARENT FROM q I need a suggestion to re-write this query to avoid the error of recursion and see the data, that are few.
