    Versions: NetBeans 6.8, Scala Kit 0.16.1 When I compile my project, I get the following output: init: deps-jar: Compiling 2 source files to F:\MyProgramming\NorvigSpellChecker\build\classes compile: Created dir: F:\MyProgramming\NorvigSpellChecker\dist Building jar: F:\MyProgramming\NorvigSpellChecker\dist\NorvigSpellChecker.jar Not copying the libraries. To run this application from the command line without Ant, try: java -jar "F:\MyProgramming\NorvigSpellChecker\dist\NorvigSpellChecker.jar" jar: BUILD SUCCESSFUL (total time: 3 seconds) Of course, the libraries should be copied, so I can't actually run it by using this command line. I don't see any options to copy the library in the project configuration. The plugin uses Ant for building, but I don't have any experience with it; presumably it should be easy enough to tell Ant to copy the libraries. Here is build-impl.xml, what should I do in build.xml?

    Why default factory WON'T return full name of the controllers (with namespaces)? I'm using Service Locator and autofac. using System.Web.Mvc; using Microsoft.Practices.ServiceLocation; namespace Application.Core.MVC { public override IController CreateController(System.Web.Routing.RequestContext requestContext, string **controllerName**) { return ServiceLocator.Current.GetInstance<IController>(controllerName); } } I had two home controllers (one under area Blog) http://localhost/Home http://localhost/Blog/Home controllerName return only "Home" without full qualified name for both in above code. This creates a problem when I try to regiser controllers' names for dependency injection. Here is how I register controllers right now according to this situation. Even this brings up the pages without exception. But When I access http://localhost/Home, both controllers invoked regardlessly. foreach (var tp in currentAssemblyControllersTypes) builder.Register(tp).FactoryScoped().Named(tp.Name.Replace("Controller", "")); Anyone can help?Thanks.

    I am querying an API using SimpleXML which will occasionally fail for reasons unknown. I would like to have the script retry up to 5 times. How can I do this? I assume it has something to do with wrapping the object in a try/catch, but I'm not very experienced with this -- have tried to read the manual on exception handling but am still at a loss.   • multiple FileSystemWatchers to monitor files on local system?

    We're writing a text editor like tool for our internal accounting package system that has actions that can be done by our own Xml language specs. These macro commands are specified in Xml files and we need the ability to monitor if files openned have bean modified externally. The only problem is that there maybe 20-30 files with different paths openned at any one time. Would it be good to use multiple FileSystemWatchers for this scenario? Or would it be better to monitor the root drive and catch specific events that match an open file in the editor (though lots of events could be raised). Some are local drives (C,D,E) others are their network drives (U,X,G,H). Files are quite chunky too about 300-400Kb.

  • having trouble with jpa, looks to be reading from cache when told to ignore

  • Catching an error for a child resource in Ruby on Rails

    What is the best way to add errors to render if a child resource is really what's having issues and not the parent resource? My Android project has been built by using android create project command, using sdk 2.2. When I run my application for building the Android application I get the following message - build.xml:46: taskdef class com.android.ant.SetupTask cannot be found I have verified the sdk.dir path and the sdk-location path and both are correct.   • Hibernate bug using Oracle?

    Hello, I've got the problem, that I use a property in the persistence.xml which forces Hibernate to look only for tables in the given schema. <property name="hibernate.default_schema" value="FOO"/> Because we are using now 4 different schemas the actual solution is to generate 4 war files with a modified persistence.xml. That not very elegant. Does anybody know, how I can configure the schema with a property or by manipulation the JDBC connection string? I'm using Oracle 10g, 10_2_3 Patch. Thanks a lot.

Let's say that I want to make a keyReference of all elements of the type that both 'b' and 'c' are, is there any way in XPath to do this? But I still don't understand why we need to utilize different HTTP requests: DELETE/PUT/POST/GET in order to build nice API Wouldn't it be a lot simpler to pass all information in request parameters and have a SINGLE ENTRY-POINT for your api?: GET www.example.com/api?id=1&method=delete&returnformat=JSON GET www.example.com/api?id=1&method=delete&returnformat=XML or POST www.example.com/api {post data: id=1&method=delete&returnformat=JSON} POST www.example.com/api {post data: id=1&method=delete&returnformat=XML} and then - we can handle all methods and data internally without the need for hundreds of urls... how would you call this type of API - It's not REST apparently, it's not SOAP. then - what is it? UPDATE I'm not proposing any new standards here. I merely asking a question in order to better understand why web services work the way they work.

  • Nokogiri Not Parsing File

    I'm using Nokogiri to parse pepXML files from different peptide search engines. I have two pepXML files, both of which appear, inasmuch as I can tell, to be of correct format, and puts Nokogiri::XML(IO.read(file)) will output the whole XML file for both files. The problem is, doc.xpath("any valid xpath") will parse the tag from one of the files, but not the other. No errors are given, so I have no idea why it won't parse. Anyone know of any reasons why Nokogiri wouldn't parse something out?

However, as the name would imply, the delegate Service needs a reference to the original service to delegate calls to.     I am building a class library and using its default namespace as "System". There suppose I am creating a generic data structure say PriorityQueue and putting it under System.Collections.Generic namespace. Now when I am referencing that library from another project, I can't see PriorityQueue under "System.Collections.Generic" namespace anymore. Though the library is referenced I can not access any of the classes in it. Can anyone shed some light on it please. I know that if I change the namespace everything will be ok, but I want to create a seamless integration like .net framework itself with other project, so that one can refer the library and forget about its namespaces.

    Is it possible to create objects at designtime without having to have hard coded class definitions, then populate properties with primitives or even strongly typed data types? This might sound confusing, so I will attempt to give you a use case scenario. Use case: You have an XML config file that could hold configuration values for connecting to various systems in an SOA application. In C# the XML file is read, but for each system the configuration properties are different (e.g: SQL might have a connection string, while SharePoint might need a username + password + domain + url, while yet an smtp server would need username + password + port + url) So instead of creating static classes as follows public class SharePointConfiguration or public class SQLConfiguration, then have each class with custom properties (this is cumbersome) or using a 1990's method, an arrayList or some named collection Is there not a more preferred way to achieve this? Taking advantage of new language features, that can still offer design time intellisense, which would make the code easier to maintain and less prone to error. Thanks
