  Hey, I've got a few loading bars that appear during any postbacks. How can I use CSS to have the cursor change into a custom loading animation?   It seems that lazy loading is enabled by default in EF4. At least, in my project, I can see that the value of dataContext.ContextOptions.LazyLoadingEnabled is true by default. I don't want lazy loading and I don't want to have to write: dataContext.ContextOptions.LazyLoadingEnabled = false; each time I get a new context. So is there a way to turn it off by default, say, across the whole project?

  How do I use regular expressions and search and replace to turn this [UserID] = <UserID, int,> [UserID] = 123123 [UserID] = asd123123 into [UserID] = [UserID] [UserID] = [UserID] [UserID] = [UserID] In other words I want to take everything from left side of the line up to the '=' character and replace everything on the right side of the '=' with the match from the left side.   I'm trying to parse the output from a tool into a data structure but I'm having some difficulty getting things right. The file looks like this: Fruits Apple Auxiliary Core Extras Banana Something Coconut Vegetables Eggplant Rutabaga You can see that top-level items are indented by one space, and items beneath that are indented by two spaces for each level. The items are also in alphabetical order. How do I turn the file into a Python list that's something like ["Fruits", "Fruits/Apple", "Fruits/Banana", ..., "Vegetables", "Vegetables/Eggplant", "Vegetables/Rutabaga"]?

  In JCR 1 you could do: final InputStream in = zip.getInputStream(zip.getEntry(zipEntryName)); node.setProperty(JcrConstants.JCR_CONTENT, in); But that's deprecated in JCR 2 as detailed at http://www.day.com/maven/jsr170/javadocs/jcr-2.0/javax/jcr/Node.html#setProperty%28java.lang.String,%20java.io.InputStream%29 That says I should be using node.setProperty(String, Binary) but I don't see any way to turn my inputStream into a Binary. Can anyone point me to docs or example code for this?

  is there a way to turn OFF autosave in rails? I dont' want modifications to an association to automatically save to the database UNTIL i call save on the parent object. some_parent.some_children << child #should not save, just adds to the association! some_parent.save #now parent and children are saved! The problem is that IE 6 and IE 7 puts the content of the <button> tag into the name attribute, thus resulting in html code in the attribute which makes asp.net server shout out loud.   When adding relationships to a database model in DB Designer 4, a composite primary key is being created every time. So every foreign key I add, I get an extra key added to a composite primary key. I think I must have changed a setting as I don't remember it doing this in the past. Does anyone know how to turn off this feature as I prefer to use a single surrogate primary keys in my database tables?

  Hi, I have some trouble setting up Tramp with EmacsW32 and cygwin. I have configured emacs to use cygwin as shell using w32shell. I also set the HOME enviromental variable to c:/cygwin/home/myusername Problem is that tramp seems to hang and that no connection is made: "Tramp waiting for prompts for the new shell". I have tried to turn on debugging, but still only see this message. Looking forward to get some tips on this. Thank you.
