  I need to detect if a request cookie - value is different from a response cookie - value. Its not as easy as: if(cookiesArePresent) { bool isDifferent = HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies[".ASPXANONYMOUS"].value == HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies[".ASPXANONYMOUS"].value; } But I read that changing the Response.Cookies changes the Request.Cookies. That would mean they are always the same if HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies[".ASPXANONYMOUS"] was changed.   I am noting this strange behavior where one of my fields -- receive_empresa_test_info -- has worked fine though it's always been referred to as receive_empresa_info. In Functional Tests, though, the real field name is receive_empresa_test_info. What is going on here? Might this be some part of the Rails environment that I'm missing during testing?

  At the bottom of this image, you'll see a nice colorbar that matches the colors of the graph correctly: http://stribog.cc.umanitoba.ca/ceos/20100517_00z_prod/ I couldn't find anything that created a color bar with exactly the colors I wanted, it always seemed to involve a spectrum that included colors I didn't use. I have a vector of colors I use for my data. Is there I way I can use that vector to create a color bar with only those colors?

  I cannot understand why my MKMapView does not want to change to satellite view. This method is called and case 1 is called I have stepped over it but it simply does not change to satellite type it always changes to standard. It only works when it goes back to Map type. • Can Visual Studio manage function prototypes for me in C++ header files?

  In C++, the common practice is to declare functions in header files and define them in cpp files. This leads to always having two copies of every function's prototype. Then whenever I want to change a function's name/return value/parameter, I have to manually change it in both files. This seems unnecessarily tedious and there must be lots of people that share my pain, so is there a way to automate these changes between files in VS? Bonus points for vim solutions as well.

  When I do an XMLHttpRequest, I always get redirected automatically to the URL (presumably by the headers of the response). For example, if I query "http://www.stackoverflow.com" I will be redirected to "http://stackoverflow.com". How can I get that final URL? (http://stackoverflow.com/ in the example) I checked in the response headers but I cannot seem to find it. (I just used the GET/POST method not HEAD).

  The problem: I have a set width and height image Lets say height:160px; width:200px; with an image in each box. The image can vary in size but I need a solution that will always center the image vertically and horizontally within the box no matter what it's size. Horizontal doesn't seem to be a problem by using margin: 0 auto but vertical is proving difficult. • Can I change an NSDictionaries key?

  I have an NSDictionary object that is populated by NSMutableStrings for its keys and objects. I have been able to change the key by changing the original NSMutableString with the setString: method. They key however remains the same regardless of the contents of the string used to set the key initially. My question is, is the key protected from being changed meaning it will always be the same unless I remove it and add another to the dictionary? Thanks.

  I created an app that uses mock locations to insert GPS coordinates. After removing the test provider via: mLocationManager.clearTestProviderLocation(mocLocationProvider); mLocationManager.removeTestProvider(mocLocationProvider); mLocationManager.removeUpdates(mLocationListener); When I launch google maps for example after exiting the app the GPS location is found and then never goes away. "Location Set By GPS" always remains on the notification bar even though my app is ended. Any ideas?
