  Hi, I've lately installed Windows 7. After opening my old C# project in visual studio i noticed that my buttons are too small (button.text didn't fit in). Why the hell did MS increase the standard font size (well font size is still set to 8, but it's somehow bigger now)? Can I fix it somehow, without correcting all my buttons etc. manually? Suppose my custom template lives in c:\projects\something\template.tt When it does its magic, is there a way to return the path above? <#=PathOfCurrentTTFile #> (so that PathOfCurrentTTFile == c:\projects\something\template.tt)

  i created project in zend studio and there are files called .sharedentries and .listing gets created on all folders and sub folders of the project, its annoying, cause i would have to delete all these files and then upload. does anyone know what can i do to turn this off, so it dont create it anymore?

  It comes up from time to time and I'm wondering of it's possible to use type info when searching in visual studio, or is there a plugin that includes this? I'd like to search for the phrase "x == " or "x.ToString();" where x is of type 'Person'. The normal regex searches are strictly searching the text as opposed to the content and I figured out a long time ago that any thought I have is never the first.

  Hey guys, in Visual Studio 2010 I can point to a bunch of classes and create a diagram. However, the diagram by default doesn't recognize any relationships between the classes, except inheritance and implementations. Is there a way, ideally by using Attributes, to define class and property relationships and associations in such a way that it is picked up by a new Class Diagram automatically? cheers!

I'm looking for alternatives to the Delphi suite (so don't give it as an answer), something that would allow me to write Windows GUI applications with ease.   Just downloaded the Visual Studio 2010 Premium and realized that can't compile the project, made for PDA! The error log in output window says: Loading D:\Work...\PDA2.csproj ...   Visual Studio 2010 adds a new feature to improve loading speed of references in "Add .NET Reference" tab. For example, when the target framework of project is 3.5, it displays only 3.5 assemblies in the list, and says "Filtered to: .NET Framework 3.5". This feature is quite annoying, as it makes impossible to find an older assembly, unless you change a target framework in compilation options. Is there any option to disable that filtering?
