  • Node.js appears to be missing the multipart module

    I am trying to parse form data, including upload files with a node.js http server. All of the tutorial type articles I have found use a require("multipart"); to include the multipart module, but when I try the same I get: Error: Cannot find module 'multipart' I also can't find it in the current api docs (though it is in the google cached version). So, has this module been removed from the standard installation or is there something else that does the job?

    Hi all, I need to work with large files and must find differences between two. And I don't need the different bits, but the number of differences. For the differ rows I come up with diff --suppress-common-lines --speed-large-files -y File1 File2 | wc -l And it works, but is there a better way to do it? And how to count the exact number of differences (with standard tools like bash, diff, awk, sed some old version of perl)? Thanks in advance

    I'm trying to validate a USA mobile number, since I'm using pre-built javascript validation library I just replaced this regex validation with the previous one which comes with the validation library. previous validation regex: "telephone":{ "regex":"/^[0-9\-\(\)\ ]{10,10}$/", "alertText":"* Invalid phone number"}, This works like 2126661234 but not in USA standard. After I changed: "telephone":{ "regex":"/^[2-9]\d{2}-\d{3}-\d{4}$/", "alertText":"* Invalid phone number"}, Now every entry I get an error even if I enter 212-666-1234 I really don't know what is the wrong, so I'm expecting some help.

I have also noticed that "mkdirs()" does not seem to create the directory. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm testing on an AVD with a 2GB sd card and "hw.sdCard: yes", the File Explorer of DDMS in Eclipse tells me that the only directory on the sdcard is "LOST.DIR".

  • How do I run JUnit from NetBeans?

    I've been trying to understand how to start writing and running JUnit tests. When I'm reading this article: http://junit.sourceforge.net/doc/testinfected/testing.htm I get the the middle of the page and they write, "JUnit comes with a graphical interface to run tests. Type the name of your test class in the field at the top of the window. Press the Run button." I don't know how to launch this program. I don't even know which package it is in, or how you run a library class from an IDE. Being stuck, I tried this NetBeans tutorial: http://www.netbeans.org/kb/docs/java/junit-intro.html It seemed to be going OK, but then I noticed that the menu options for this tutorial for testing a Java Class Library are different from those for a regular Java application, or for a Java Web App. So the instructions in this tutorial don't apply generally. I'm using NetBeans 6.7, and I've imported JUnit 4.5 into the libraries folder. What would be the normal way to run JUnit, after having written the tests? The JUnit FAQ describes the process from the Console, and I'm willing to do that if that is what is typical, but given all that I can do inside netbeans, it seems hard to believe that there isn't an easier way. Thanks much. EDIT: If I right-click on the project and select "Test" the output is: init: deps-jar: compile: compile-test: test-report: test: BUILD SUCCESSFUL (total time: 0 seconds) This doesn't strike me as the desired output of a test, especially since this doesn't change whether the test condition is true or not. Any ideas?

    I want to create a display group generated from foreach() clause output. I can't seem to get the syntax correct. Here's the business logic: for each category row find the associated fees output the category description as a label and the fees as radio buttons then create a display group with the fees as the group elements and the category description as the legend.     I have a bash shell script that loops through all child directories (but not files) of a certain directory. The problem is that some of the directory names contain spaces. Here are the contents of my test directory: $ls -F test Baltimore/ Cherry Hill/ Edison/ New York City/ Philadelphia/ cities.txt And the code that loops through the directories: for f in `find test/* -type d`; do echo $f done Here's the output: test/Baltimore test/Cherry Hill test/Edison test/New York City test/Philadelphia Cherry Hill and New York City are treated as 2 or 3 separate entries. I tried quoting the filenames, like so: for f in `find test/* -type d | sed -e 's/^/\"/' | sed -e 's/$/\"/'`; do echo $f done but to no avail. There's got to be a simple way to do this. Any ideas? The answers below are great. But to make this more complicated - I don't always want to use the directories listed in my test directory. Sometimes I want to pass in the directory names as command-line parameters instead. I took Charles' suggestion of setting the IFS and came up with the following: dirlist="${@}" ( [[ -z "$dirlist" ]] && dirlist=`find test -mindepth 1 -type d` && IFS=$'\n' for d in $dirlist; do echo $d done ) and this works just fine unless there are spaces in the command line arguments (even if those arguments are quoted). For example, calling the script like this: test.sh "Cherry Hill" "New York City" produces the following output: Cherry Hill New York City Again, I know there must be a way to do this - I just don't know what it is...

    Hi everybody, I'm currently reading the Mathematica Guidebooks for Programming and I was trying to work out one of the very first program of the book. Basically, when I run the following program: Plot3D[{Re[Exp[1/(x + I y)]]}, {x, -0.02, 0.022}, {y, -0.04, 0.042}, PlotRange -> {-1, 8}, PlotPoints -> 120, Mesh -> False, ColorFunction -> Function[{x1, x2, x3}, Hue[Arg[Exp[1/(x1 + I x2)]]]]] either I get a 1/0 error and e^\infinity error or, if I lower the PlotPoints options to, say, 60, an overflow error. I have a working output though, but it's not what it's supposed to be. The hue seems to be diffusing off the left corner whereas it should be diffusing of the origin (as can be seen on the original output) Here is the original program which apparently runs on Mathematica 5 (Trott, Mathematica Guidebook for Programming): Off[Plot3D::gval]; Plot3D[{Re[Exp[1/(x + I y)]], Hue[Arg[Exp[1/(x + I y)]]]}, {x, -0.02, 0.022}, {y, -0.04, 0.042}, PlotRange -> {-1, 8}, PlotPoints -> 120, Mesh -> False] Off[Plot3D::gval]; However, ColorFunction used this way (first Plot3D argument) doesn't work and so I tried to simply adapt to its new way of using it. Our application has many windows, and users who frequently need to interrupt what they are doing and switch to another window to look at something. This tends to lead to "buried dialog" scenarios with modal dialogs, where the UI is unresponsive, but it isn't immediately apparent why, because the modal dialog that has captured the focus is behind another window.

  • How do you adjust the frame or vertical alignment of a UIBarButtonItem contained by a UIToolbar inst

    Horizontal positioning of UIBarButtonItems is no problem, I can simply pad the space with fixed/flexible space items. However, I can't seem to adjust the toolbar item vertically. UIToolbar has no alignment property, and UIBarButtonItem has no way of setting its frame. I need to do this because we're using a mix of custom icons created using initWithImage, and standard icons created with initWithBarButtonSystemItem. The custom icons aren't being centered properly (they're offset upwards, relative to the system icons, which are centered properly), so the toolbar looks awkward.
