How do I test the rendering of 500.html in dev environment? Or how do I render 500.html in dev, if I turn-off debug I still get the errors and not 500.html background: I include some page elements based on a page and some are missing when 500.html is called and want to debug it in dev environment.

• environment configuration for tests running in NUnit

  I have some integration tests that hit a webserver and verify certain functionalities. Depending on the build environment, the server will be at a different address (http://localhost:8080/, http://test-vm/, etc). I would like to run these tests from a TFS build. I'm wondering whats the appropriate way to configure these tests? Would I just add a setting to the config file? I'm doing that currently. Incidentally we do have a separate branch per test environment, so I could have a different config file checked in for each environment. I wonder if there is a better way though? I'd like the build project to be able to tell the test what server to test. This seems better because then I don't have to maintain config information on a per branch basis. I believe I'd be using NUnit for Team Build (http://nunit4teambuild.codeplex.com/) to get NUnit/TFS to play together.

• Running JBoss 4.2.3 and JBoss 5.1 on the same server

  I want to run JBoss 4.2.3 and JBoss 5.1 on the same server, but not simultaneously. I just need to be able to switch back and forth between the two for testing, so I don't need to change ports or anything like that. My problem is the JBOSS_HOME environment variable. When I set up a /soft/JBoss-4.2.3.GA directory and a /soft/JBoss-5.1.0.GA directory I can run the respective bin run.sh commands, however, both try to use the $JBOSS_HOME and $PATH environment variables which are set to the first installation (JBoss-4.2.3). So, how can I set separate environment variables? Or tell my new JBoss 5.1 installation to use another environment variable for JBOSS_HOME? How would I go about getting these two running together? Thanks!

Currently project is a console application and I just change a startup object in IDE to run respective main which instantiates respective class from IDE. So, my question is there any alternative way to safely display the html code and won't pose security risks and is it best to assume any textboxes on any given page is dangerous and process the text in the textboxes with Server.HtmlEncode before I store it to database?   Is it possible to compute the hash of a class at runtime in C# (presumably through reflection)? To be clear, I don't want to compute the hashcode of an instance of said class, I want to compute the hash of the class code itself (if a function in the class changes, I'd expect a different hash code to be computed). Ideally this would only be sensitive to changes in the object code (and not just a hash of the string representation of the code itself). Thanks in advance for your help, -- Breck
