• OnExit is not entering via PostSharp in asp.net project.

  Hi there, I have setup PostSharp and it appears to be working but i don't get it entering OnExit (i have logged setup to ensure it is working) ... Its a bit tricky to configure with asp.net - or is it just me ... I am using the 1.5 new version I basically have the following in my web.config and i had to add the SearchPath otherwise it can't find my assemblies <postsharp directory="C:\Program Files\PostSharp 1.5" trace="true"> <parameters> <!--<add name="parameter-name" value="parameter-value"/>--> </parameters> <searchPath> <!-- Always add the binary folder to the search path. --> <add name="bin" value="~\bin"/> </searchPath> </postsharp> I have set tracing on but what is strange to me is that it appears to build to the temp directory, maybe this is my issue, i am unsure .. hence i do F5 ... Is it possible to name the Output directory and output file?? As you can see it is editing a DLL in the temp dir so IIS is no longer in control so it doesn't execute it ??? • Spring security ldap authentication with different ldap for authorities

  I am trying to set up an ldap authentication context where the authorities is a separate ldap instance (with the same principal name). I am having trouble setting up the authentication part, the logs dont show any search results for the following context.   Hello! I wrote my own simple Queryable provider which retrieves data from a database. Now I need to bind this data to a BindingSource and when the new item is added to BindingSource some event or method must be called for handling the add operation. I have tried to implement IBingingList on a List class which is returned when the query is completed, but the AddNew method is not called when the item is added? How can I implement this scenario?

  How can I prevent a WPF Expander from expanding when its header is clicked? I would like my Expander to expand or collapse only when the expand button itself is clicked. I imagine the answer has something to do with canceling a bubbled event. If possible I would like to implement the solution in XAML while avoiding retemplating the entire Expander.

• Custom Control Not Playing Nice With PropertyGrid

  I have a class that is implementing a custom ToolStripItem. Everything seems to work great until I try to add the item to a ContextMenuStrip at design time. If I try to add my custom control straight from the ContextMenuStrip the PropertyGrid freezes up and will not let me modify my Checked or Text properties. But if I go into the ContextMenuStrip PropertyGrid and add my custom control through the Items(...) property, I can modify the custom control just fine within that dialog. I'm not sure if I'm missing an attribute somewhere of if its a problem with the underlying code. Here is a copy of the CustomToolStripItem class. As you can see, its a very simple class. • oci_connect Blank Page in PHP

  UPDATE (3/8/2010) I installed Xdebug and have it tracing my code. I have installed everything the same way on a local server and it works fine. To say I am at a complete loss would be putting it lightly. *NOTE: I ran make test and it returned FAIL on every test. I never ran this on my working machine to see if it reports the same errors. Any idea why make test would report FAIL but make doesn't report any error? I've installed the Oracle Instantclient with no reported errors along with the OCI8 PECL package and at a loss. Whenever I try to open a connection with oci_connect, it halts my entire PHP script. EXAMPLE: <?php ini_set ("display_errors", "1"); error_reporting(E_ALL); echo "before"; $conn = oci_connect("username", "password", "host"); echo "after"; ?> Returns a complete blank page. • NLog: Force BufferingTargetWrapper to empty on AppDomain UnhandledException

  I have NLog configured in my application to to use the BufferingTargetWrapper for sending emails with the MailTarget. The problem I'm running into is I can not find a way to force NLog to empty the BufferingTargetWrapper before the application exits from Unhandled Exceptions. I tried calling LogManager.Flush() and LogManager.DisableLogging() from the Current App Domain's UnhandledException Event but it does not seam to work. What would I need to do to make it send the emails?

  I have a website that uses AjaxControlToolkit.dll and Log4Net.dll; When I try to run the performance profiling tool in VS 2010 on it it gives me the following warnings "AjaxControlToolkit.dll is signed and instrumenting it will invalidate its signature. If you proceed without a post-instrument event to re-sign the binary it may not load correctly". Now, if I choose the option to continue without re-signing the profiling starts but the assembly doesn't load and gives an ASP.NET exception.
