My question is : from basic which are the necessary jars that should required in Spring and how could we configure Spring project ?

Cannot login to drupal in Chrome or Firefox, but Safari works

Problem: Login is not working in Firefox and Chrome but it does in Safari. Details: We just moved a drupal 6 installation to another host and followed some steps: Moved sites/site1/Themes/themeFolder to sites/all/Themes/themeFolder Made these changes in page-node-NNN.tpl.php files (searched all files in themes/themeFolder): 1) find: /oldpath/ replace: /newpath/ 2) find: oldsubdomain. replace: www. 3) find: .com/sites/ replace: .com/newpath/sites/ Then as I login it fails in any browser when the wrong information is entered but when it is correct it simply redirects to that users profile page...and then nothing. There are no admin menus, no edit buttons for content and it is a though it authenticated but somehow never stored anything that would help with the authentication later. The strange thing is that for 3 people with three different systems Firefox and Chrome don't work. But Safari does. We have ruled out that it is the database or old cookies. Any one have a good guess?

I start the Method Profiler for a process, then leave it run for about 5-10 secs, then I stop it. does PHP 5.3 change the way file_get_contents works?

I'm having an odd issue with PHP's file_get_contents. In the past, file_get_contents on a remote file returns the text of that file regardless of the HTTP status code returned. If I hit an API and it sends back JSON error information with a status of 500, file_get_contents gives me that JSON (with no indication that an error code was encountered). I've just set up a Ubuntu 10.04 server, which is the first Ubuntu to have PHP 5.3. Instead of giving me the JSON, PHP throws a warning when a 500 error is present. As a result, I can't parse the JSON and give a nice error message. It's nice that PHP is noticing there's an error in the remote file, but I need the JSON even (especially!) if there's a 500 error. There doesn't appear to be any way to switch this off. Has anyone encountered this? Any tips?

Restlet/Jackson works differently when object implements Serializable

I am sending an object with some primitive fields using Restlet with Jackson converter. Up until now it worked great. But then I needed my object to implement Serializable, because I need to store it in memcache of GAE. For some reason - when the class implements Serializable, things stop working. Restlet sends a different string representation from before, and I can't even print that string in the server. I tried printing its byte value, char-by-char and the first numbers are: 0xfffd 0xfffd 0x0000 0x0005 0x0073 0x0072 Thanks a lot!

Booking form works but does not give feedback

I have a form where people can book seats for a given event. It's actually a WordPress plugin. When someone sends his booking, email notifications are sent properly and the event booking status is updated accordingly. The issue is that the booking form does not give any feedback whatsoever. Once you hit "book now", the graphic keeps loading and no feedback is ever displayed like for instance "booking sent successfully" or "there are errors in your form", even though the booking is saved correctly with both sides notified by email. I guess it's a JavaScript issue,Firebug console is not showing any error... Combobox drops up in IE 8 and it works correctly in IE 6

Hi, I have a simple select/combo box with 100 options in the middle of a HTML page. When I open it in IE 6 it appears fine dropping down with a few elements displayed and a vertical scroll bar. In IE 8, it opens upward. Looks like it drops down till it reaches edge of browser screen when it has few options and then opens upward for new options added with a vertical scroll bar. Is there a way the select box can be adjusted to appear in IE 8 similar to IE 6? Thanks Ravi

JS sort works in Firefox but not IE - can't work out why

Hard link not works under MacOS in GUI mode

Hi, i faced a little strange behavior, while using hard links. From terminal, i create a text file 1.txt and a hard link "to this file" nano 1.txt mkdir dir ln 1.txt ./dir/ I check the resulting hard link and see, that it's contents is the same, as of "original" file. less ./dir/1.txt I change the initial file ... nano 1.txt ... and see, that changes was reflected in hard-link less ./dir/1.txt I change content of hard-link (more correct, of course - file, being referenced with hard-link) ... nano ./dir/1.txt ... and see, that changes are reflected in initial file less 1.txt Until now, all going well... Now, I close terminal and start playing with created files (1.txt and ./dir/1.txt) from Finder. When i change on this two files with TextEdit, changes are not reflected in another file. Just like the hard link was teared off... Whats going on here ?

Is there any reason for? Is there a way to reach the same performance with a normal run. How can I control what happens with window after clicking JOPtionPane buttons ? I'm trying to implement simple file chooser. In my frame I have 3 buttons (OK, Cancel, Browse). Browse button opens file search window, and after picking files should return to main frame. Clicking OK will open a frame with the content of the file. Now porblem looks this way. My PHP login no longer works

This page worked like a charm for years... enter the correspondng user id and password and you would be redirected to your directory. Now suddenly, all attempts to log in - valid or otherwise - result in the page remaining static... no message, no redirect, nothing. Nothing in the code has changed, it just plain doesn't work anymore. Could this be the result of some kind of change on the server side? Yeah, I know it's not super secure, but it was good enough for our purposes. I'm certainly open to better suggestions. I just need it to work... and keep working. Please be gentle! I've been looking the answers here in this web site, but nothing have worked so far. The problem is: In the database, strings are saved like that one: at √s = 7 TeV with. And the reason is that the "escape" JavaScript function was used. I was not able to "unescape" these strings in Python yet. I tried to use "eval", "decode", "re.sub" and others, but without success. So please, which function can I use to get it right?

Php code works on every browser but not on IE8, help please
