  What is Google map's spatial reference system using when you enter a lat, long into the maps search bar? I've found hints that it might be WGS84 but after converting to that coordinate system, nothing shows up when i paste the coordinates into the google maps search box. I am converting from GDA MGA 56. Sample: Input MGA56 coords: 336301, 6253363 Expected WGS86 coords: -33.8473340793201, 151.230631835944 I get: 16834916.928327594 -4008321.1020318186 Spatial coord systems: EPSG:28356 for MGA56 EPSG:900913 for WGS86 (google maps) I am using geotools to do the transform: CoordinateReferenceSystem crsMga56 = CRS.parseWKT(mga56); CoordinateReferenceSystem crsGmaps = CRS.parseWKT(gmaps); Coordinate coordinate = new Coordinate(336301, 6253363); Point point = new GeometryFactory().createPoint(coordinate); MathTransform transform = CRS.findMathTransform(crsMga56, crsGmaps); Geometry geometry = JTS.transform(point, transform); I know the transform is not correct, as when i use an online tool it gives me the correct coords. http://www.environment.gov.au/cgi-bin/transform/mga2geo%5Fgda.pl?east=336301&north=6253363&zone=56

• How can match end-of-line multiple times in a regex without interpolation?

  Hi, if I have a input with new lines in it like: [INFO] xyz [INFO] How can I pull out the xyz part? I tried a pattern like /^\[INFO\]$(.*?)$\[INFO\]/ms, but perl gives me: Use of uninitialized value $\ in regexp compilation at scripts\t.pl line 6. I've been trying things to get interpolation to stop like using qr// but alas, no love. EDIT: The key is that the end-of-line anchor is a dollar sign but at times it may be necessary to intersperse the end-of-line anchor through the pattern. If the pattern is interpolating then you might get problems such as uninitialized $\. For instance an acceptable solution here is /^\[INFO\]\s*^(.*?)\s*^\[INFO\]/ms but that does not solve the crux of the first problem. I've changed the anchors to be ^ so there is no interpolation going on, and with this input I'm free to do that. But what about when I really do want to reference EOL with $ in my pattern? How do I get the regex to compile?

If the the first module does use lib 'dir1', and the script does use lib 'dir2': module1.pm use lib "dir1"; use module2; script.pl use lib "dir2"; use module1; use module2; which directory is being used by the first module? Does the script's use lib, 'dir2' override the use lib, 'dir1' in the first module, or do they have different scope?

  Hi there, I'm aware of several question on this forum relating to this. But I'm not talking about splitting tables for the same entity (like user for example) Suppose I have a huge options table that stores list options like Gender, Marital Status, and many more domain specific groups with same structure. I plan to capture in a OPTIONS table. My report needs two tables 1 one gives detailed view.(dataset 1) 2 one below that gives a summary table (data should come from the calculations based on the data in 1 table) I am using a temporary table for the dataset one. What are the methods to get calculated result for dataset 2. I wrote 2 procedures for each. since first table is a temporary one i am not getting result for second dataset. Wht can be the options. • Prolog - Finding the current directory, relative directory for 'tell' predicate

  I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to get prolog to spit out a text file where I want it to. I'm currently doing a bunch of operations and then using tell('output.txt') to record the output. Now the problem is that when I do this, it creates this file in the SWI \bin\ folder. I was wondering if there's a way to make it create this file in the directory containing the actual .pl file. So even if the file was moved (and it will be), the text file gets created right where the source file is. Long story short, is there a way to get the location of the source file once the source file has been consulted? Many Thanks!

  Can someone provide an example of how to use parallel table function in oracle pl/sql. We need to run massive queries for 15 years and combine the result. SELECT * FROM Table(TableFunction(cursor(SELECT * FROM year_table))) ...is what we want effectively. The innermost select will give all the years, and the table function will take each year and run massive query and returns a collection. The problem we have is that all years are being fed to one table function itself, we would rather prefer the table function being called in parallel for each of the year. We tried all sort of partitioning by hash and range and it didn't help. Also, can we drop the keyword PIPELINED from the function declaration? because we are not performing any transformation and just need the aggregate of the resultset.

  I have this query: select acc_num from (select distinct ac_outer.acc_num, ac_outer.owner from ac_tab ac_outer where (ac_outer.owner = '1234567') and ac_outer.owner = (select sq.owner from (select a1.owner from ac_tab a1 where a1.acc_num = ac_outer.acc_num order by a1.a_date desc, a1.b_date desc, a1.c_date desc) sq where rownum = 1) order by dbms_random.value()) subq order by acc_num; The idea is to get all acc_nums (not a primary key) from ac_tab, that have an owner of 1234567. Since an acc_num in ac_tab could have changed owners over time, I am trying to use the inner correlated subqueries to ensure that an acc_num is returned ONLY if it's most recent owner is 12345678. Naturally, it doesn't work (or I wouldn't be posting here ;) ) Oracle gives me an error: ORA-000904 ac_outer.acc_num is an invalid identifier. I thought that ac_outer should be visible to the correlated subqueries, but for some reason it's not. Is there a way to fix the query, or do I have to resort to PL/SQL to solve this? (Oracle verison is 10g)

  I need a generalized method to get list of runtime parameters (values) when I call a procedure. I need something similar to the $$PLSQL_UNIT that returns the name of the running procedure.   Hi, yesterday i noticed that sometimes on my webpage shows up javascript errors. when i went to source code, i found that one of .js files was totaly replaced with a ton of porn links. i checked the ftp for this file, but there was just old javascript file without any changes. yet i go back to check source code via browser and indeed there was again original .js today i visited my webpage again and the problem repeated. first visit showed me ton of porn pages cached .js file was hacked but after clearing browser cache js go back to oryginal i checked all files on my ftp against my offilne version, but all files are without any change. in last few years i was attacked by xss few times but in every case it was easy to diagnose and fix. but now i spend 12h and didnt find infection. do you have any idea how to find it? the webpage is: http://robert.frk.pl

I tried by running the cmd file but its showed me an message as below: ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value. msdeploy.exe is not found on this machine. • Wavefront obj loader iphone materials problem

  Hi! I use Bill Duney wavefront obj loader. I'm new in opengles and it was really helpful. unfortunately... I exported a revit file to dwg and then open it with blender/google sketchUp and then to wavefront obj. Next, add my files to your loader and got strange results. The project load correctly vertex and normals but does a strange results with materials (I use only material, without textures). The one file is loaded with some materials on different faces the other, doesn't load materials but after a click makes the model green. If you have a minute and could help me out, please. • Oracle XE + ODP.NET ANNOYING VIEW ERROR

Any ideas? The Application code works perfecty with any query so its not application code error but prolly some "super cool feature" from ODP.NET. Already tried to_number, to_whatever and same error always happens.

• mod_perl memory leak

  Hello, I recently discovered that one of our sites has a memory leak in it, it's very strange because it happened all of the sudden. I've used GTop to measure the memory size per process and it tells me that the real value is somewhere around 65 MB (on the server) per request and and additional 5 MB shared. I tried preloading the modules in the startup.pl file a indicated in the performance tuning article for mod_perl. Nothing happened if fact the shared memory decreased down to 3.7 MB, in this situation I thought that my application is leaking memory do before any line of code got executed I measured the memory just to find out that the total value is in fact 64 MB, my questions are: Is there a default preallocation of memory for each process? Is there a configuration issue? Is mod_perl leaking memory ? Thank you very much.

• Difference in select for update of ... in Oracle Database 10g and 11g

  Hi, I found out that Oracle Database 10g and 11g treat the following PL/SQL block differently (I am using scott schema for convenience): DECLARE v_ename bonus.ename%TYPE; BEGIN SELECT b.ename INTO v_ename FROM bonus b JOIN emp e ON b.ename = e.ename JOIN dept d ON d.deptno = e.deptno WHERE b.ename = 'Scott' FOR UPDATE OF b.ename; END; / While in 10g (10.2) this code ends successfully (well NO_DATA_FOUND exception is raised but that is expected), in 11g (11.2) it raises exception "column ambiguously defined". And that is definitely not expected. It seems like it does not take into account table alias because I found out that when I change the column in FOR UPDATE OF e.empno (also does not work) to e.mgr (which is unique) it starts working. So is this some error in 11g? Any thoughts?

  I am trying to solve this problem : https://www.spoj.pl/problems/CERC07S/ I have identified that i need a datastructure in which reversing operations have lesser time complexity. I tried to create one using a doubly linked list, in which (i thought) reversing can be done in O(1) by just changing a value associated with the starting and ending node which indicates the direction of traversing the list. I tried to implement it but got stuck. Maybe the approach is wrong! Are trees applicable here? If yes, how? Any ideas or links are appreciated? Thanks in advance.

(We have modified the source code) I followed all the steps to create the vendor branch:: created the vendor branch for old version (3rd party library) created the vendor branch for latest version (3rd party library) copied the latest version to current folder using (usign svn_load_dirs.pl script) structure of vendor repository in svn URL/vendor/library/3.5.0 URL/vendor/library/3.7.0 URL/vendor/library/current I have the library-3.5.0 used/modified at URL/trunk/library/customized-library I have a problem when I try to merge the difference between URL/vendor/library/3.7.0 and URL/vendor/library/3.5.0 to URL/trunk/library/customized-library I am at the folder where URL/trunk/library/customized-library is checked out and I use following command to do the merge svn merge URL/vendor/library/3.5.0 URL/vendor/library/current . --accept PARAMETERS when I use theirs-conflict for accept parameter, It ignores all of my changes to the old version and copies files from 3.7.0 when I user mine-conflict, it ignores the files in 3.7.0 when I use postpone, it throws exception "tree conflict" Thanks Gyan

• Updating a table with the max date of another table

  In Oracle 10g, I need to update Table A with data from Table B. Table A has LOCATION, TRANDATE, and STATUS. Table B has LOCATION, STATUSDATE, and STATUS I need to update the STATUS column in Table A with the STATUS column from Table B where the STATUSDATE is the max date upto and including the TRANDATE for that LOCATION (basically, I'm getting the status of the location at the time of a particular transaction). I have a PL/SQL procedure that will do this but I KNOW there must be a way to get it to work using an analytic, and I've been banging my head too long. Thanks!
