• Set up tunnel to HE.net and now only ipv6.google.com works, but other sites ping fine.

  I'm setting up IPv6 using my router which is running OpenWRT, version Backfire 10.03.1-rc4. I made a tunnel using Hurricane Electric's tunnel broker and set it up on the router and I'm using RADVD to hand out IPv6 addresses. My problem is that on computers on the network, I can only access ipv6.google.com using a browser, but other sites seem to be loading forever and won't open in any browser. I can ping and traceroute to them fine, but can't open them with a browser. I can open any site normally with a browser from the router. Stopping firewall service on the router doesn't help, so it's probably not a firewall issue. All AAAA records resolve fine, so it's probably not a DNS issue. Computers on the network get their IPv6 addresses fine, so it's probably not a radvd issue. Similar setup worked fine for SixXs, but I'm having problems with my PoP there, so I decided to move to HE. • Slow SSD Read on Server 2008 SP2

  Im using a Intel X25-M 80G with the latest firmware. on XP /w using IDE and WIN7 using AHCI I get read speeds up to 250MB/S. But when running it with Server 2008 SP1 or SP2 on AHCI, I get read speeds around 180MB/S. Ive updated drivers for 2008, tested with writecache on/off. Any input would be appreciated. thanks!

• Is there a way to suppress keyboard sounds picked up by a desktop microphone in Windows 7?

  The problem I'd like to solve is that my desktop microphone picks up all my keystrokes very loudly compared with my voice. Even just lightly tapping a key without depressing it causes a loud click to be picked up. I'd like a way to filter out this type of sound, while picking up voice normally.   Hello I have a small batch file which xcopies some files from one folder to another which I've scheduled (via windows scheduled tasks) to run every 1 hour: @echo off xcopy c:\foo c:\bar /E /C /F /Y Since this is my workstation, I'm most probably doing work when the task executes, and then the black dos console window is displayed (lasts 2-3 seconds) and steals window focus. I don't wish to see the files copied and of course the batch file does not ask for any user input. Is there a way to avoid displaying the console completely? thanks
