    Hi, i'm using this sIFR.replace(neutra, { selector: '#nav li', css:[ 'a { color: #ffffff; text-decoration:none; font-size:14px} a:hover { color: #d75a60; text-decoration:underline;}'], wmode: 'transparent', preventWrap: true ,forceWidth: true ,fitExactly: true ,forceSingleLine: true ,offsetTop: 0 ,offsetLeft: 0 ,tuneWidth: 0 ,tuneHeight: 0, }); and i need to style a b inside a span inside a div ... and i just can't find the way, if i add another sIFR.replace(blah... it won't work, it messes with the other replacement sometimes :S any good reference? thanks in advance.

    I have a div which wraps a number of images that are generated dynamically. I don't know how high the list of images is. My problem is the div that contains the dynamically generated images doesn't behave like it is housing any content - I want it to extend to the height of the list of images. Each image is itself wrapped in a div. This is the wrapper div: .block { padding:10px; margin-top:10px; height:auto; background-color:#f9f9f9; } This is the markup dynamically generated for (one of) the images: <div class="block"> <div style="float: left; padding: 2px 2px 2px 2px;"><IMG SRC="45.jpg" BORDER="0"/></div> .....     What the best practice of placing example usage in code documentation? Is there a standardised way? With an @usage or @notes?     I am trying to use DocUtils and reStructuredText to comment SQL code. I can get this to work when I include the markup inside multi-line comments. I then use --Some text:: to introduce each block of code. I cannot get internal hyperlinks to work. I would like to write -- .. Step1_: but the parser ignores this because of the leading comment. Using a multi-line style also fails. Is there a way to get this to work?   • pre tag is being formatted strangely in page

    I am outputting some code in one of my pages, using a <pre> tag. The code is being output correctly, but for some strange reason, the first line of the code is indented (i.e. shifted to the right, by quite a large amount). I am not applying any style to that element, and I checked in FF Firebug and no styling is being applied, so I have no idea why the first line is shifted by so much to the right - any ideas? the code that generates the tag looks like this: <pre> <?php echo $script_code; ?> </pre> The generated code looks like this: <iframe src="http://www.example.com"> </iframe> Any ideas what may be going wrong?

    Hi All, I have a textbox, a button and a "AdvancedSearch" link on my aspx page. On page load, the focus is set to the textbox. On click of the "AdvancedSearch" link, a lightbox(overlay) window will be opened. I want to set focus to a textbox present within this lightbox window. I am using javascript to achieve this. The code looks somewhat like this: if( element.type != "hidden" && element.style.display != "none" && !element.disabled ) { element.focus(); return; } when the lightbox window loads, i get a javascript error - "Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus" Any idea why this error is thrown and why it is not able to set focus to the textbox in the lightbox window?     I'm having great difficulty trying to find how to simply get the text of one specific item in a ComboBox. I have cmbSelectedHinge as a dropdownlist style. All I need is to know what the text is in position 0. I would have thought simply: MsgBox(cmbSelectHinge.Items.IndexOf(0)) but no. It returns "-1" even though there is a line of text in it. It seems this question has never before been asked on the internet, and there's no useful information on MSDN. Any help, please

    I need to create a couple of UIButtons programmatically in my app (iOS 6.0 and above). Each button should have the optimal width to display button label text (of various lenghts). I want to display the buttons in a "wrap around" style: Starting from the left edge, each button should be positioned next to each other horizontally (in a defined order), and if a button does not fit in the current "line", it should start a new line on the left edge below the previous line. I could manually calculate the frame of each button in my code, but should I use AutoLayout (with programmatically creates NSLayoutConstraints) instead? How exactly would I need to set it up?

  • Graphical Submit button doesn't 'post' in Firefox or IE

    I've looked all over the net to try and solve this problem, but I can't find any solutions. So far, I've checked 3 different browsers. It does not work on IE or FireFox, but it works just fine in Safari. Here's the problem. When I click the button to submit my form, it forwards me to the 'post' URL page - INSTEAD of posting the data, and going to the thank you page like the script commands.   • Flex RGBA colors in CSS

    Hello all, I am trying to style a DataGrid component so that the background is transparent (Flex 4). Rgba colors work fine if I make "alternatingItemColors" an attribute on the component, but if I try to declare it in my css stylesheet, I cannot declare the alpha value. Works (mxml): <mx:DataGrid id="songGrid" width="800" height="529" dataProvider="{songs}" itemClick="handleRowClick(event);" x="145" y="168" headerStyleName="dataGridHeader" alternatingItemColors="[0xFFFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFFFF]"> Doesn't Work (css): mx|DataGrid { alternatingItemColors: #FFFFFFFF, #FFFFFFFF; } If I enter the values as "0xFFFFFFFF", I get a parse error, because it's not proper css (of course, most of flex's css isn't proper css, but I digress...). So, is there any way to declare the alpha value of these colors in the css?

    Using struts2 with jsp with standard struts tag libraries. I'm trying to dynamically hide a DIV on page load, but still send it to the browser. This is so I can show it later via javascript. The request objects one and two are not easily referenced via a jsp:usebean tag.   • Display indented XML code within a HTML page

    I have a programmatically created HTML document on which I would like to show some XML-code, fully formatted with line breaks and tabulators. That is, it should look like if you drag an xml file without a xml-stylesheet directly onto your browser (most browsers do some kind of xml-rendering with some default style sheet). Now, I can of course escape all the characters (like <>, tab and newline) and do the indenting myself (using css styles, for example), but I was wondering whether I couldn't re-use some 'default' xml-stylesheet from somewhere. Preferrably also one that has some javascript node-folding, too. Do you know such a stylesheet/xslt? Or would you suggest another way to achieve this? I'm using C#. PS: I tried to use the XmlNotepad.DefaultSS.xslt from Microsoft's XmlNotepad, but I couldn't really get that working. :T

  • Prevent blank links (having javascript:;) from openening in new tab/window on middle click...?

    There is a common practice of using <a></a> tags to markup beautiful buttons, with onlick and onhover style change, etc. Which looks and behaves great, on most part. Although there turned out to be a HUGE problem, which was not very obvious on start. The problem is that these beautiful "buttons" open new windows on middle click, either blank or with the same content as current one (depends on whether one uses # or javascript:; to disable href part). Now I've got JavaScript RIA with buttons all over it, opening new windows on middle click... Lame... At first I even couldn't understand why I get sometimes those blank pages in the browser. Since it's pretty established practice to use links in such manner, maybe there is any established way to deal with described problem?

  • Displaying conditional amount of fields in UI (Android)

    I am using layout xml documents for my ui controls. I need to create and remove these controls (input fields) on the fly, based on how many results I get back from my database. For each group, there can be 0..* fields and these are prepopulated from the database. Also, it would be good if I can invoke a method to create an additional field; something like the address book, where you can click + or - to add or remove a phone or other detail. In a "psuedo" style, I'm guessing something like this: Check database - How many of X are there [y]? Create Y fields. The user may then add new fields, so once I click submit i need to apply all of that to database. Any examples or hints greatly welcomed. Hope this make sense! :)

Firefox's profiler says I'm spending the most time in this function and I'm curious as to why that is. Is there a way to get the em size in javascript without doing all this work? I would like to recalculate the size on resize incase the user has changed it.
