    I'm running into a CSS problem. This is a setup based on Debian Squeeze (nginx/0.7.67, php5/cgi) on which I installed the latest Roundcube 0.5 beta. PHP is properly processed, login works fine but the CSS files are not loaded and Firefox is throwing the following errors: Error: The stylesheet https://webmail.example.net:10443/roundcube/skins/default/common.css?s=1290600165 was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css". Source File: https://webmail.example.net:10443/roundcube/?_task=login Line: 0 Error: The stylesheet https://webmail.example.net:10443/roundcube/skins/default/mail.css?s=1290156319 was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".   • Calling Save on a Configuration obj with a custom sectiongroup of type NameValueSectionHandler

    I've got aConfiguration object that I can easily read and write settings from and call Save(ConfigurationSaveMode.Minimal, true) on and that typically works just fine. However, I now have a config file that has a custom sectionGroup defined of type System.Configuration.NameValueSectionHandler (I didn't write that part and I can't change it). Now when I call the Save method, it throws a TypeLoadException Message: Type System.Configuration.NameValueSectionHandler does not inherit from System.Configuration.ConfigurationSectionGroup.     Hello Folks, I am trying to map a table frp, a SQL Server 2005 DB to a class which contains an enum: public class MyClass{ private YesNoOptional addressSetting; public YesNoOptional AddressSetting{ {get; set;} } } public enum YesNoOptional { Yes, No, Optional } This will dictate that one of three values is inserted into the corresponding column - 'Y', 'N', 'O'. This column is of type nchar(1). Next, if I try using a specific type like so: <property name="AddressSetting" column="INT_ADDRESS_REQ" type="String" ></property> This error is generated: NHibernate.PropertyAccessException: The type System.String can not be assigned to a property of type System.ArgumentException: Object of type 'System.String' cannot be converted to type 'ML.Types.YesNoOptional'.. As a last resort I tried to specify the type as a char like so: <property name="AddressSetting" column="INT_ADDRESS_REQ" type="Char" ></property> This works a bit better, as it in it doesnt throw an error, however instead of returning the character from the table and mapping it to the enumerated type the ASCII value of the character is returned instead - so Y is represented by 89! It's a very "centralized" solution. Do you know other strategy in order to "imitate" (at some point) templates in C++ ? Do you know a way to improve this strategy, in order to keep things in more decentralized manner, so that I won't need the two files: templates.c and templates.h ?

I've also tried to apply the patch from the report as well as build the latest 2.4.x branch with no success, I get the same errors as above. I have also tried to create a short chain of certificates and set the root CA certificate using SSLCertificateChainFile directive. That didn't help either, I get exact same errors as above. I'm not interested in setting up hardened security, etc. The only thing I need is to start httpd with the simplest SSL config possible to continue testing proxy config for the mod_proxy_wstunnel Had anybody encountered and solved this issue? Is my sequence for creating a self-signed certificate incorrect? I'd appreciate any help very much!

    I've got an exchange server behind behind a port to address translation firewall. The server is reachable from the internet using a dyndns-url. Now I want to sync windows phones to exchange mailboxes. To achieve this, I need to install the exchange certificate on the windows phone (send it to the phone by mail, double click). So far so good. But, as far as I can see this does only work if the certificate on my exchange server matches the dyndns-url? So I'd like to know: how do I create a self signed certificate for my dyndns-url and install it on exchange?

  • Self-hosted browser-based remote desktop script?

    I need a self-hosted browser based remote desktop script that will connect me from any PC to my work PC. I need to either host this script within my own dedicated hosting or on my work PC. The PC that I need to remote into is always the one PC (Win7) and the IP never changes, and I have access to the Router/Firewall within. I have tried many remote desktop services and applications - LogMeIn, Team Viewer, (Ultra/Tight) VNC, GoToMyPC and iTeleport Connect and even Windows Remote Desktop - and the web services (or ports) are blocked at whatever free wi-fi/hotel/coffee shop I am at. Note that I will need to be able to access this from any PC, so I won't be able to install any applications (or use any portable software) - hence my thinking that it will need to be browser based on a standard (not blocked) port. If I can set up a web based remote desktop application - really a homebrew LogMeIn - then I should solve my problem. What is the best option here?

    I'm trying to create a Self-Signed Certificate in IIS 7 (Win7 Ultimate x64), and getting the following error: I found this question on SF, which says I should set permissions on the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder to allow rights - but that's also not working. Firstly, note that "Everyone" has "Full Control" rights: And when I try to delete and recreate rights, look what comes up: I am logged in as a user with admin privileges, and I've even tried running Explorer with Admin rights... nothing seems to help.   • how to stop a driver from running - it self protected and rootkit hidden

    I have this serous problem For the first time I can not stop a program from running. Something is on one laptop computer that is run as system legacy driver, and self protected and hidden on service as rootkit. Anything I try to remove fails. When a program or anti toolkit try to remove the hidden registry setting for make it stop I get this error : "a device attached to the system is not functioning" So any idea that can help me stop it from running, or even delete it on start up ? My one limitation is that the hard drive is on a laptop and I can not remove it and attact it to somewhere else. This program not let me, touch the registry, do not let me touch the file, do not let me touch the file, The move on boot fail to delete it, the rootrepeal fail to delete it, the rootkiet reveal from sysinternals fail to reveal it ! everything fails. Do how have any experience on this, or do you have any suggestion how to stop this driver from run ?

  • Password Self-serve Active Directory via LAMP environment

    I would like to be able to change active directory passwords via a Linux/Apache based webpage. This would be a self serve web page for the user. I have SSL-LDAP setup on the Active Directory to make this happen. Is there any project or code out there that will do this? I've looked at this phpadadmin and I cannot get it to work. I think this is for IIS/php/mySQL Another thing to note is I would like the user to authenticate to change their own password. The product/service should not need a privileged account to run.   • Self Hosted Dropbox Alternative?

    Does anyone know of any self-hosted Dropbox alternatives? We have a need to share files/folders between staff and partners (small scale) and for various reasons we'd prefer to host it ourselves. Sharepoint seems a little too focussed on "check in/check out" and things like webdav/ftp seem a little kludgy. In an ideal world something where you (as an IT person) can setup an area, make a user "owner" and from there they can add their customers would be great. Windows or Virtual Appliance would be ideal.

  • (Possibly) Corrupted DDCrypt self-decrypting file

    I recently discovered some files I had encrypted and archived on a CD using DDCrypt 2.0, which is a small encryption utility from back in the day. One of its functions is to create self-decrypting files, which are essentially EXE files that you can enter a password and then have the file extracted onto your filesystem. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get them to do this properly. They appear to be decrypting and then at the last moment I get the error: Error opening encrypted file C:\users\username\Temp\dde3cfa.tmp Reason: Success and then another dialog immediately says Error extracting ddc file. I'm not really sure what this means (certainly not success), but I've checked out the temporary file and it appears to be garbage data (although of the right file size). I don't know if anyone has an idea what might be done here to extract the files, or has dealt with a similar situation before. Any ideas are appreciated!     I have a 500GB HDD on my desktop, and there are two partitions as C and D. The computer would not start and shows me a error message. Notice - Hard drive self monitoring system has reported that a parameter has exceeded its normal operating range. Dell recommends you that you back up your data regularly. A parameter out of range may or may not indicate a potential hard. So I took the hdd out of the desktop and made a USB external HDD. My laptop recognizes the hard drive as “I” drive and “J” drive. I am able to click “J” and see folders and files. But there is no response when I click “I” while it makes weird clicking sound. Can anyone explain why I drive doesn't work while J drive works on same physical hard drive? Is there anyway that I can fix?

    I have developed a WPF application which communicates with a set of self hosted WCF services which are under same domain and I use the following setup in the config files. <security mode="Transport"> <transport clientCredentialType="Windows" protectionLevel="EncryptAndSign" /> <message clientCredentialType="Windows" /> </security> I hosted the services on a server in different domain .I can achieve the communication by setting the security mode to "None" which is not ideal. Is there any other setting i can user for cross domain communication or i have to do with some trusted certificates ? I would be glad if some one can guide me because all the searches on google directed me to silverlight applications +Crossdomain.xml+WCF but i have't seen any combination of WPF on crossdomain environment.

    Consider the following declaration of a generic utility class in Delphi 2010: TEnumerableUtils = class public class function InferenceTest<T>(Param: T): T; class function Count<T>(Enumerable: TEnumerable<T>): Integer; overload; class function Count<T>(Enumerable: TEnumerable<T>; Filter: TPredicate<T>): Integer; overload; end; Somehow the compiler type inference seems to have problems here: var I: Integer; L: TList<Integer>; begin TEnumerableUtils.InferenceTest(I); // no problem here TEnumerableUtils.Count(L); // does not compile: E2250 There is no overloaded version of 'Count' that can be called with these arguments TEnumerableUtils.Count<Integer>(L); // compiles fine end; The first call works as expected and T is correctly inferred as Integer. The second call does not work, unless I also add <Integer -- then it works, as can be seen in the third call. Am I doing something wrong or is the type inference in Delphi just not supporting this (I don't think it is a problem in Java which is why expected it to work in Delphi, too).

  • How to store an interger value of 4 bytes in a memory of chunk which is malloced as type char

    Dear all, Hello Guys!! This is my first post in the forum . I am really looking forward to having good fun in this site. My question is : int mem_size = 10; char *start_ptr; if((start_ptr= malloc(mem_size*1024*1024*sizeof(char)))==NULL) {return -1;} I have allocated a chunk of memory of type char and size is say 10 MB (i.e mem_size = 10 ); Now I want to store the size information in the header of the memory chunk, To make myself more clear Lets Say : start_ptr = 0xaf868004 (This is the value I got from my execution, it changes every time) Now I want to put the size information in the start of this pointer.. i.e *start_ptr = mem_size*1024*1024; But I am not able to put this information in the start_ptr. I think the reason is because my ptr is of type char which only takes one byte but I am trying to store int which takes 4 bytes, is the problem . I am not sure how to fix this problem..     I have a set of classes with the same functions but with different logic. However, each class function can return a number of objects. It is safe to set the return type as the interface? Each class (all using the same interface) is doing this with different business logic. protected IMessage validateReturnType; <-- This is in an abstract class public bool IsValid() <-- This is in an abstract class { return (validateReturnType.GetType() == typeof(Success)); } public IMessage Validate() { if (name.Length < 5) { validateReturnType = new Error("Name must be 5 characters or greater."); } else { validateReturnType = new Success("Name is valid."); } return validateReturnType; } Are there any pitfalls with unit testing the return type of an function? Also, is it considered bad design to have functions needing to be run in order for them to succeed? In this example, Validate() would have to be run before IsValid() or else IsValid() would always return false. Thank you.
